I actually love this Mochill Mochidonut better than the one in Japantown. The Mochidonut in Stonestown is more QQ than the one in Japantown. We used to need to stand in long line for Mochidonut when it just opened. Right now, only short line. They used to package with a super big box for a dozen, very difficult to carry, now they switch to a long box like carrying baguette, much easier for us. Staff is super nice and helpful, love them.

Donuts: 5/5 : fresh, delicious flavors and texture Atmosphere: 3/5: cutely decorated but wreaks like burnt oil. Smokey Service: 2/5*: workers are nice and friendly so 4/5 for them BUT ordering system is TRASH! Workers are manually taking orders on post it notes which leads to incredibly long lines. It's totally ineffective and I hope they fix it soon for the sake of the workers, the environment (all those post its) and the customers.

I love mochi donuts and I love the ones in japantown but this ones taste a little different. My favorite is the fruity pebbles one is delicious, the donut is chewy and the cereal is crispy. Sadly, the cupcake was just weird, I wouldn't recommend it. The place is really pretty and in the opening it was open and you could walk in and take pictures but now is just a window and you get in line. sometimes the line can be pretty long.

Came here to get 6 mochi donuts as a gift for my BF, the girl who made them came to help as apparently there was no one working at the counter. I am empathetic that she has to wear many hats with her work; but truly, she could have been a little more friendly. She gave a huge long box for the 6 donuts, which was odd. I asked if I could get the the usual smaller rectangle box, she said she doesn’t have it. Really? So I left the store with long…huge box for 6 donuts. Not very pleasant experience here. I would go to the one on Irving for better mochi donuts. The reason I came to this one is because it’s just 5 minutes from my house. Oh...

They won't take your order unless you tip when u do doordash delivery. They cancelled on me because of the zero tip. But my gf ordered the same product I did but with a 2.00 tip and they didn't cancel on her. I now have to wait 3 business days to get my money back. They didn't even give any substitutions so I know it's because of the tip ratio. Do better mochihill and give a written warning to whoever caused this discrepancy. If I can get a hold of any higher up staff please respond, since there is no phone number to reach them by on doordash and on Google maps. Thankyou, and...
