Portsmouth Playground — Attraction in San Francisco

Worst park and playground I've ever been in the bay area. The posted sign clearly states no smoking allowed in this area, but people are still smoking around the area even though they sat at the bench inside the park and next to the playground. How come any parents want their children playing in this area and breathing 2nd hand smoking. There are also homeless or strange people who talked to my kid and asked for something, which is terrifying us and we had to quickly go around the park. Great little park we had to take a break from walking with our small boys 2 and 4. They played longer in this little park then anywhere else we’ve stopped.
