I recently had the opportunity to watch K-pop band Twice at Sofi stadium. Since this was going to involve a fairly large group, I thought it would be a great experience to share in a suite with friends and family. I have only been in a suite 3 times in the past however, I was never the person to arrange the reservation, I was always a guest. However, this time around, it was my job to host this event and so I went with Suite Experience and this event was nothing short of EPIC! It all started with communication with one of their top representatives Kristina K. Kristina was very patient and kind in quick to reply to all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions). She took her time to explain what was included in the package and she made sure I received the tickets and parking passes well before the event. The entire process was seamless and without any glitches. I've been a business owner for the past 25 years and I know EXCELLENT customer service when I see it. It's a hard job dealing with people on a day to day basis and doing your best to satisfy all of their requests. I can say with complete confidence that The SEG Group has a true winning representative on their team. Our group consisted of 7 adults and 11 girls and I think it's fair to say that everyone will remember this experience for a very long time. Read moreThe day itself went well, but leading up to it was very frustrating and received horrible service from the client service & operations. I was told the order wouldn't be charged on my card until day of, but the full amount was charged over a month in advance. It was surprise for my husband's birthday and we share this account, so had to come up with a crazy excuse. It took almost 3 weeks for them to send me the order summary so I could review everything prior to game day. Upon leaving, I went to sign the bill. I was told that only the event day orders and tip would be charged. The next day I noticed I was charged the whole bill again + the amount I spent day of. I reached out to client service explaining and was told to fill out another credit card authorization form which made no sense? I sent screenshots of the separate charges. Then the response I received was, "I'll pass your number along to the stadium. I unfortunately don't have the answers." Usually don't do bad reviews, but with the amount of money I spent on this event and the headache it's caused and is still causing, I felt like I needed to. I hope AMEX will block the double charge, because I don't have much faith in this company...
