I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Raul Rodriguez (Service Advisor) at Airstream Los Angeles and Arbi Manoukian (Technician). Raul is extremely responsive with all of my requests and will go above and beyond to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. We recently purchased an Airstream in OC and that dealership informed us that they are unable to fully install our 6K Equalizer until we had our own tow vehicle. We recently got a tow vehicle last week and instead of driving our truck with our Airstream all the way to OC, I spoke to Raul at Airstream LA and explained our predicament. He quickly arranged everything on my behalf and his manager approved the equalizer/stabilizer to be installed at Airstream LA without any additional charge, since we already paid for the initial installation charge at the OC location. The best part is that we didn't have to wait several weeks to have this done. Raul managed to squeeze us in last minute, despite their busy list of appointments. Raul, thanks for taking such EXCELLENT care of us and making our lives a little easier. You are an asset to your company and really know how to deliver excellent customer service with professionalism!!!

Read moreI bought a brand new interstate 19 for my father in-law as a Father’s Day gift. Used it for about 2 months and discovered a lot of little misc stuff wrong (windows misaligned so air was coming in, shower pipe was messed up, and many other things) we left it in for service back in June, and no one contacted us regarding the rv. We kept having to contact the dealership for follow ups. They kept giving run around excuses from waiting for a part to come in and finally the service manager mentioned they just simply forgot about my rv and that they will fix the car next week.
Next week comes around I get a phone call saying car is all fixed and ready for pick up. I go pick up the car and NOTHING is fixed and in fact the car is in WORSE condition then we dropped it off. One of the window rubber seals was off the window and when we dropped off the car it was NOT like that. They offered to fix it but at this point I didn't trust the dealership and I needed to get the rv away from them because I felt like they had something against me and would make my rv worse.
I took the rv back after sitting in service for 3 months and nothing done. I'm taking my RV elsewhere for the repairs Los Angeles Airstream was suppose to do. Hopefully it gets all fixed. I will leave a follow up review.

We decided it was time to by a trailer now.
After searching different Trailer Companies over a period of 3-4 months, Airstream kept coming up in mention from friends, as one of the best out there.
We found a couple of Airstream locations in California, and one of these was Airstream Los Angeles. It was where we purchased our Trailer, and came to meet Aaron Marris, Service Manager for maintenance and repair needs.
We like Arron a lot, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and helps us understand the proper way of maintaining our Trailer. Like all new Trailer Owners are still learning about Airstream.
We like the honesty and straight forwardness of Aaron in helping us to make appropriate decisions.
In the last 3 years of owing our trailer it has been a great experience, as we have traveled thru numerous States to some beautiful campgrounds and other areas........
We have to say, our Trailer has been wonderful and never any severe issue encountered, I personally think, the expertise that Aaron has shown to us has been invaluable and kept us safe on the Road.
One last thought here, many folks that we meet compliment us on how cute and well made our Bambi Trailer is.....
