The place had private rooms but I got placed in a area that was divided by dividers and a curtain for the one hour massage($35). The bed was very comfortable! Place is clean overall. Very great customer service, offered me a lot of tea/water! I wouldn’t give it a full 5 star because their massage patterns are great but it does has too much of the same thing. There isn’t much detail to the muscles down the spine. Then the lady took around 5ish minutes to get the hot cloth which annoyed me but I was so tired to say anything.

Then I requested a half hour massage ($25) and really strong hands - which I got, the lady was really strong but very similar to the technique used with the other lady - this session placed me in a private room. Although she was really good and strong, she is short so when she was trying to massage up and down my spine uhhh it felt she would graze my head with ya know every time she did. I felt really awkward but I wanted my moneys worth. The concierge didn’t tell me that I couldn’t do the 1.5 hour special ($55) until afterward but that’s okay I should’ve asked beforehand! There is however a 10% off for one hour/two hour massages if you review on yelp. Overall great place but I already found my go-to favorite massage place elsewhere; they just happened to be closed today. My favorite part about this place is the customer service and how comfortable the beds were. The massage was actually decent. I would have come again if the customer service wasn't terrible. I called in advance to see if they could take 3 people. They said yes right away. Was surprised that they'd have so much availability Sunday. When I went there, I made it clear the 3 of us wanted a foot massage for one hour ($40). The 3 masseuses kept asking whether we wanted the combo one ($50). I said no many times and they kept insisting until my brother gave in. They seemed annoyed we wanted foot only. Had to pay in advance. They said no tip until the end Got the service, and then went for the tip. I said clearly $30. So $10 for each. That's about 20%, and a bit more for the $40. They looked at me and said $50? I said "no. $10 each". Then they said oh $10 each, and looked at each other. Then they all cracked up, and they all left. None of them said anything after that. My mom (it was her birthday) was looking at me like what just happened. If you don't like what services people are getting because it is not enough $$, then charge more. Don't try to get extra through tips, and don't expect to get more than 20% which is very standard. If you have that expectation, at least say it up front. Don't be...

I've been here so many times while ago, today was a new girl, after we agreed to have a body massage I informed her I have stiffness on my neck and shoulder please focus on these areas, she said ok. During the service I could easily know she is new in this field, which is absolutely fine because experienced technicians always start from new.she was doing lots of big area rub until almost the end she hadn't even touch my neck at all,I asked her nicely I have pain on my neck would you please give my neck a little more focus? She immediately said " if you want me focus on your neck and shoulder there will be extra change." I was surprised because not only I didn't get verbally informed and it's not on the price list neither. When I asked she says yes, it's on our list. I checked the price list after service there's nothing about extra charge.its so frustrating that how can you easily lie in this way. And by the way, the floor is very dirty in my service room which full of dust .I still tipped her $20 for her time, but I will never come back...
