My time was ultimately wasted at this place. If your time is valuable, please take your time to read this post before you go to this Post Office. This Post Office not only has minimal parking, but one of the workers there is HORRIBLE. When I was renewing my passport, the lady who works there told me that I was not supposed to line up where it says "Service", but to line up in front of the Passport door. The door was locked and the lady said that she'll help me after I walked there. After I did, the lady started to talk back and she wouldn't heed to what I was saying. My time and effort was wasted after I had to drive back to my house to get the specified items that weren't even necessary. The lady's name is Diane. She is the "only" passport operator there. It closes at 3:30 pm, but if you're in line before 3:30, and you are still waiting, she will NOT help you out. MY TIME WAS WASTED!! So please, don't waste your going...
Read moreThe woman called Diane, I’m so curious if she owns the USPS Der Mar. She can shout at customers as she wants; Always gives customers the eye rolling face; Even rolled her eyes to people after people said thank you to her.
It's not the only one time I saw her shout at people. One guy was trying to drop off the prepaid packages she refused to scan for him and loudly argued with him. It seems like shouting, arguing, and refusing services that customers paid USPS for are the main driving force for her to work here every day.
All the other USPS workers here are trying their best to offer customers good service and a good day. Diane, is always trying her best to give you a disgusted look, she doesn't care if your issues get solved or if you have a satisfying service. She's only gonna make sure she looks duuuuummmmb enough.
It's unfortunate that USPS has hired such a...
Read moreI am writing to formally report an unacceptable interaction I had with one of your USPS pick-up drivers at a drop-off location on May 19 around 4:40PM afternoon
During my visit, I asked the driver a simple question to clarify his instructions, as he was not communicating clearly. Instead of explaining in a professional manner, he responded with visible frustration and began cursing—in Vietnamese—apparently assuming I wouldn’t understand. However, I do understand Vietnamese, and the words he used were highly disrespectful and inappropriate in any setting, especially in a public service role.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive. I approached the situation calmly and respectfully, only to be met with verbal abuse. No customer should be subjected to that kind of treatment when seeking help or clarity at a...
