This store has some very nice people!
SOME very rude! Christy, Chrissy, whatever, Poorly died blonde hair, is a B*h! Rude! Doesn't care what you, the paying customer says! Ignores most of the time!
I have brought up, out of date food in every area of the store...condiments, pre-packaged meats...they just toss aside...don't care! Even the Manager, OH, wow...toss...
We have lived here three years! Winco, treats everyone nice, I was told by a customer, go there!
Oh, also...they have frisked people in front of others...no care! Illegal.... I don't want shoplifters to get away...but you have a bunch of idiots running this store!
Rude...Lazy...out of date! Oh, the most expensive meat I buy, is never there...always out! uhmmm I wonder why? Laura's Organic meat! Any ORGANIC meat! Why, would you NOT make sure, what sells the best...not rocket science!
I do not want to take away credit due to the nice people! It's not their fault!
Crappy Organic Veggies and fruit too! A tiny section!
Get with the program...people, some smart people are leaning to healthy side! We're done here...Sprouts, here we come!
Don't worry, we've found Von's on Florida to be even WORSE!
What's with all the out of dates in this area...too many elderly can't read small print! Take advantage of them!...
Read moreI mostly shop at this store, but I do shop at the one on Sanderson in Hemet and the one at the North end on San Jacinto. What I have seen for the last few years at "all" of these stores, is "all" of your checkers and baggers having more of a social culture than a work culture environment in the checkstand. I get a hello, sometimes, then your workers are fast into their conversations. I get to here about their resturants they have eaten at, their date they went on, their kids, and so on. Our social culture has changed in our communities, but the work culture should be as it was years ago. Your lunch and break time, and your free time is your's. Your work time is " customer first", check them out in a timely manner, and get on to the next customer. We pay for a service, not a soap opera or social hour. As you know, and the retail competition is tight. The proper business culture starts at the top; regional manager, district manager, store manager, front end manager, department manager. What is your missing link in your chain of command? I have been a customer at your stores in this valley for 22 years and do appreciate the layout of you stores; always clean. Thank you for your time and have a great day....
Read moreCame in today on my day off for a quick stop after a family get together. Unfortunately I missed 1 of 4 bags of groceries behind and had to make a trip back as soon as I noticed. 40 minutes had gone by but I when I arrived I was greeted and was able to speak to a manager, Ben Walker I believe was his name. Bc of the sense of urgency I didn’t quite notice every item I left behind so he was very kind to go back and verify my receipt and camera footage and help me out. I will say although I could leave this detail out, I did take notice and enjoyed seeing the fullness and neatness of the store aisles. Especially the aisle with the canned soups. Besides that I also grabbed a few more things on my way out and when ready Ben helped me to the front and was very considerate for my extra drive time. I don’t ever do reviews in fact it might be my first review but felt, that the customer service and professionalism as well his very kind demeanor deserved the review as it reminded me back of Jack Brown’s time when courtesy clerks wore ties and it was a competitive job to get into. Definitely was very nice to be reminded of that....
