We stayed on January 15, 2017. Two of my daughters had a volleyball tournaments at the San Jose convention center, we decided to stay at this location because of the good reviews I even called and spoke to one of the managers Antonio to let him know that we 're looking forward to staying at this location Antonio seem really nice. PLEASE DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE IT'S TERRIBLE STARTING WITH PARKING AND SERVICE. We had a terrible experience, when we arrived we all wanted to take a shower and go to bed early so the girls could have a good rest because they needed to be at the convention center at 7:00am. Well that didn't happened we had no hot water my daughter was not able to rinse her hair because the water was freezing cold I notified the receptionist and she told us to wait for 5 mins than 10 than 15 she said they had no one available but i insisted after 30 mins she stated someone was on it's way. My daughter waited for over 50 mins until we had wormed up some water in the microwave so she could rinse her hair, she got sick was not able to play next day and I was the only one that took a shower. By the time they send someone the girls were in bed it was after 10pm, the man was really nice he only spoke spanish he told me that the water heater was turned down and to wait for 15 mins to get hot he did not understand why it was turned down. I also told the receptionist that the central heater was blowing cold air and the chimney could not get it to work either but nothing was done, I called her back really upset and asked to speak to Antonio the manager but she stated the manager on duty had gone home so i told her call him at home and have him call me. When the manager called me i expressed my concerns and he responded "what do you want me to do about it". He told me he would talk to me in the morning because he needed to talk to his maintenance guy but he was not there the receptionist told me he would call you on your cell phone it February 17, 2017 and I'm still waiting for his call. It's to bad this place it's part of the Marriott, it's been the first time we had any problems with a Marriott hotel and hope is the last..
