5 stars for floor staff. Very friendly and helpful. Zero stars so far for quality. Our recliner that was delivered today has a crooked frame - one foot does not touch the floor - almost 1â floating above the floor. The delivery driver noted the defect and promised that the company will make it right. I also called the store, and the very friendly staff member promised to speak to the manager. Letâs see how the overall experience goes. I am somewhat disappointed in the quality of the product.
UPDATE: The replacement was delivered today, and the old one taken back. Unfortunately, the replacement also has a crooked frame, i.e., one foot is off the floor, and it has a second problem (see photo) the right armrest has an ugly depression -- something is wrong with the cushioning in that armrest. Spoke to the store again, and they promised to inspect the next replacement before sending it. I would have thought they would have done that already. I'm afraid this is getting annoying. The delivery folks left lots of debris on our front porch (see pic).
UPDATE: Approx. 3 weeks after first delivery, third time was the charm. We finally have a couch that sits on the floor on all 4 feet, and good cushioning.

   Read moreWe were excited to buy a king size bed and dining table set (with 6 chairs) from this shop. The designs are good looking. However the furniture bought has damaged within a couple of years. Bed broke within 16 months of usage and chair broke within 25 months of usage. We are light weight people and the furniture was being used in normal conditions. Not to mention the bed broke when my wife was 8 months pregnant and the chair broke when she was in post partum phase literally causing serious injury in her backbone.
Moreover when I raised the durability issue with customer support, they were not cooperative. I have returned the furniture. They even were not courteous enough to refund back full amount and deducted a good chunk of money.
tLdr: the furniture/wood of Scandinavian designs is questionable. Please proceed with this shop at your own (and familyâs) risk.

The support person I talked on phone did not care for the injury my wife and daughter suffered. Our person was so controlling that I was afraid to go to the store where she worked. We had to try out chairs at the other store and ultimately ordered the wrong color wood because the store where we didnât get accosted didnât have samples of the colors we wanted. So I ordered based off of what was shown online and it wasnât a good match. Also the rolling sales on stressless chairs cause a lot of stress and pressure. On the first round we owned chairs for less than one day and had to pay an extremely high restocking fee. The chair and ottoman hurt me because of pressure on my knee (I had surgery not long before) and we responded IMMEDIATELY. No empathy or willingness to help at all even though we bought something else (in the mismatched color wood) instead. Unpleasant experience. And expensive.
