5 years ago, I wrote a review for this store that was a five-star review and talked about how much I loved this store. 5 years later. It's a dump! I just spent a half hour wandering around the store looking for someone to unlock one of the many locked cabinets that they keep certain products in. Yeah, they have that little device next to them that you're supposed to wave your hand under to summon someone. Despite the fact that it has a speaker, nothing to confirm that someone is on the way. Then you start looking for an employee on the floor. Those that are on the floor treat you like you're rudely interrupting their conversation with a co-worker when you ask for assistance. The two of them, Carlos was one, told me "there should be somebody for that" but did not offer to help in any way shape or form. I looked for Customer Service desk and surprise! they don't have one. Because they don't offer customer service at this store. I ended up walking out of the store without the only thing I came there for and I don't think I need to go back. When you decide to hire some more people to staff your store, be the the dei hires or not, I might consider coming back but until then there's plenty of other...

Really disappointed with what transpired at the store. We went to purchase a TV, as my husband and I moved that day and ours had been damaged. Went to the store, and a nice young man helped us. Told us the price of the TV, $499, which I was prepared to pay. Then said someone would help us take the tv down stairs (it was a 55" television). No one came with a flat bed. So my husband and myself, a pregnant woman, carried the tv downstairs. Had to move registers three times, and then were very surprised when we rung up the tv and it was $699. Not at all what we were told was the price. At this point, I had a line of people behind me, and didn't feel like I could really challenge what had transpired. So we purchased the damn thing. Came home, and I see online that it's $499. So I called guest services, to inquire about how I might get this $200 refund. And after transferring to the department, I was hung up on. For a target that is less than a mile from our house, and would normally be our go to place for any number of things, I can't believe how disappointing this is. Absolutely would...

They only have self checkout. This is really difficult when you have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old. Trying to check yourself out while keeping the baby from trying to climb of the cart (the straps help but they still can wiggle them selves around) and the toddler from running around all over the place. It’s really frustrating when you’re working your butt off trying to manage all this while wringing up all of your groceries. And there is an attendant there fixing the banana display.... this has happened the last three times I was here. No help from the staff. So I will be shopping at other Targets that have attendants to check you out. It’s so hard to manage so much with kids and this is just too much - I’d rather drive to a Target...

The layout is painful and there’s only one place in the whole store that actually allows you to check out, whoever designed the store clearly doesn’t understand the consumer. There is no quick way in or out of the store if you’re just trying to pick something up on your way. Half the doors are closed (the most useful ones of course). This store would be an absolute nightmare for a person in a wheelchair except they do have an elevator in the very center of the store. Only thing this store is decent at is pickup orders, which are still pretty slow. Because they get an absolute absurd number of them since nobody wants to go inside and try to pay for anything because there’s nowhere to check out.

Its a unusual store. This Target is divided into two floors. I'm accustomed to Target being a single story box type store. The cool stuff (toys, storage, kitchen, electrics, etc) are located on the second floor. The store is clean and well stocked. I guess being in a mall, in the middle of the work day, in the middle of a pandemic really cuts down on the foot traffic. It was my most relaxing trip to a Target, I think ever. 😃

A huge two-level Target with everything you expect and more. They have a small selection of groceries as well. In places the store was messy, the pandemic might have caused short staffing. The electronics section on the second floor is well stocked, including Kindles. They also have a Starbucks on the first floor, at the entrance to the mall.
