First off, if I could give negative 5 stars, I would! Letās start with the fact that the food and drinks are HORRIBLE, and they made me sick. I had been there before, so I wasnāt sure if it was just a fluke, but after today, I can say with certainty that this was my final straw. Iām genuinely sad that small businesses like this donāt have someone above them to report to because the woman there, the older short lady (I believe sheās oriental), not only is rude but has made me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions.
This is not the first time this lady has made me feel this way. She is racist and completely unprofessional, and this time, she went too far. Today, I went in to get a horchata latte, which was overpriced and honestly awful. I asked for boba, and the guy forgot to add it ā a simple mistake, which is totally fine. But since I paid for it, I came back and asked for the drink to be remade. The moment I walked in, she yelled out āSHEāS BACKā ā a comment that was not only unprofessional but rude, and she rolled her eyes as she spoke. She then proceeded to talk about me right in front of me, yelling at the poor kid who made the mistake. She was mad that I actually wanted the drink I paid for, but what really broke my heart was when she began making very mean remarks toward me, Iāve never seen her treat anyone like this before and I know people of different race that experience different things from her itās just sad to think she really went out of her way to make me feel this way
Iām still in disbelief that this happened today, and Iām beyond upset. This lady is ruining this business, and itās heartbreaking because no one should ever be treated like that, especially when all I wanted was to get the drink I paid for. I will be making sure that everyone knows about the horrible experience I had and how badly this lady made me feel. Itās not okay, and I really hope something changes because no one should have to go...

The male cashier tonight was very nice, clear, and efficient when taking my order. I asked what was in my drink and he told me the ingredients, one of which was green tea.
While they started making the drinks, the manager or owner showed up and they told him that they were out of green tea. The manager first said "just use water" then "just use water with black tea". This exchange happened right in front of me and I was never asked about what I'd like in my drink. I was wondering if they'd even tell me that I wasn't getting what I paid for.
The girl working handed me my drink and I asked "this has green tea in it?" twice and both times she looked me right in the eyes and said "yes". I brought up how I heard the entire conversation about how there was no green tea and they substituted water and black tea and the male cashier apologized and offered to make another drink while the girl working said "it's the same thing!"
Now I wonder how often they substitute things in their drinks and food without telling their customers. I would beware if you come here and have food allergies like I do because you don't know when that girl will just dump whatever into a cup and lie about what's in...

I ordered a drink pictured in their menu and added honey boba. In the picture it had strawberry and mango popping boba, so I figured it was included in the drink. When I got my drink the popping boba was not in the drink and I was told I had to add it on. It makes no sense why they include it in the picture.
So I offered to buy the boba and pay for it. They said "sorry the drink is sealed" I said "I understand...you could put it in a separate cup and I will add it on myself"- they refused. They also refused to refund my money and said that the only person who can give refunds is the manager who is not there.
I politely asked them "Well then can you please please just remake my drink?" They refused. About 4 people working there and no customers.
Honestly think I was just being discriminated. I will never come here again in my life! Worse customer service I've ever...
