I dropped off my 12 pieces of jewelry to get cleaned. I was given a 15 minute turn around time, and they said I could shop around the mall and they would call me when my jewelry was ready for pickup. It was about 30 minutes later, with no call, when I returned. There were two employees discussing my jewelry cleaning, and I was told ALL 12 pieces of my jewelry were "mistakenly" given to another paying customer at that time while I was gone. When I dropped off my jewelry, I was given a document to sign at the "DROP OFF" signature line. When I was shown the document when I wanted to pickup and was told it was given to someone else, the "PICK UP" line was not signed and an employee wrote "Completed, did not sign." So that goes to show, they did not follow protocol to have the customer "sign off" on the pickup, did not have the customer show any verifying ID for pickup. My jewelry was trusted to get dropped off and cleaned and was given to someone else without verification that it was theirs. Some of my jewelry were purchased as earlier as 2018, and those pieces are no longer made by Pandora. So, I have lost pieces that held sentimental value to me. Read moreFrom the bottom of my heart I would like to give this place 5 stars because they took their time and patience on helping me out. I used my warranty to exchange the ring Friday night and I was so happy about how beautiful it was that I take fault in not inspecting the ring before exchanging, I take 100% responsibility for that. I only worn it for an hour that day and put it back in the box. Once I got home I looked at it closely and noticed that the band was bent and the gems are falling out. I call them on the phone to explain what happen. I come back and even though I already used my warranty, they took it upon themselves to give me a new one anyways. If I was in their shoes I wouldn’t believe me either, but it happened. I am so appreciative of this place and I would like to thank the manager and a worker there, Sienna. She is super polite, very fun to talk to, and I will be going to her from now on. I work in Mountain View but it’s so worth driving over there because of the incredible customer service. Read moreI recently visited the store to purchase a bracelet for my wife featuring three different birthstones. Despite being busy, Evalyn immediately paused what she was doing to assist me, asking how she could help.
I explained what I was looking for, and she quickly guided me in the right direction. Unfortunately, two of the stones I needed were not available in-store, which was initially disappointing.
However, Evalyn went above and beyond, teaming up with Daniela to contact another store. They reserved the missing stones and had them placed on hold for me.
The level of customer service was outstanding! I truly felt like my needs were a priority to both Evalyn and Daniela throughout the process.
When I arrived at the other location, the stones were ready as promised, and all I had to do was provide my name. The team at that store promptly added the stones to the bracelet, and I left completely satisfied.
