Cal Deals Furniture & Mattress — Attraction in San Luis Obispo

Our experience at Cal Deals in San Luis Obispo evoked similar emotions one may experience whilst opening presents on their birthday, or Christmas day. From the moment we walked in, we were convinced that Cal Deals was our new go to for both furniture and fun.

The dynamic duo of Brandy and Miki were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful to a T, and most importantly; honest. Both independently and collaboratively, they built the relationship of trust that one seeks in a purchasing environment.

They went out of their way to work with the delivery team in order to orchestrate a delivery time which suits our needs best, unlike the open ended time frame of between 9am and 6pm the month of September which the cable companies offer.

I am not one to leave reviews at all, but when an experience exceeds all expectations, I would be remiss not to.

We are thrilled with our new couch being delivered tomorrow...I can't wait to jump on it for joy.

I LOVED working with Cal Furniture. Susan was absolutely fantastic. I was moving from out of state and only had a short time to visit the showroom back in Nov. I purchased mattresses, a full bed set, couches, art work, lamps, and high end pillows. So first of all...Susan spent alot of time both on the phone and emailing with me to help guide me in the purchasing process. You could tell that she actually cared that I was going to be really happy with my furniture.

Susan sent me multiple quotes on furniture, helped me comparison shop, offered decorating ideas, educated me of the differences between various brands/models of mattresses, etc.

They delivery team was awesome. Very careful and set up everything nicely.

These people are great to work with. We got a bed and couch from them and we are really happy. My family has gone here for 20 years. The cool part is the long standing service. We got the scotchguard warranty for our couch which warranties it against stains for 5 years. After which, if we need a replacement cushion they can provide it. They work closely with a couple really good manufactures. This makes me confident that they are providing quality products, and that they will be around to help us in the future if we have any problems.
