What great customer service! My husband and I visited Tennis Warehouse on 6/30/18. We live about 2.5 hours away, but have been wanting to visit to buy racquets since I want to get back into playing. When we got there, we were assisted by two very helpful employees. I did not catch the name of the first employee, but he assisted us in demo-ing 4 racquets to test before buying. When we got back from testing them out for a couple of hours at a local court, we were helped by an employee named Spencer. He helped us purchase the two racquets we had decided on, and assisted my husband who tried on at least 4 different pairs of shoes. Once we purchased the racquets, strings and shoes, we were told they would not be strung and ready until Monday. Since we live 2.5 hours away, we were able to have them shipped to us. I realized today (7/3/18) that I forgot to ask when the racquets would be shipped and delivered. I contacted the customer service email on the website which replied back extremely fast. They gave me my tracking number for the shipment, and let me know that the package had already been delivered and was sitting on my doorstep!

When I reached out for help, I was told there is no outsole warranty and that the shoes are not eligible for replacement, despite clearly being defective.
To make matters worse, when I contacted Lacoste directly, even though I didnât buy the shoes from their website, they immediately acknowledged the issue and shipped me a replacement pair without hesitation. Thatâs how a brand that stands behind its products handles customer service.
Tennis Warehouse, on the other hand, only offered a one-time 20% discount, but only on a full-priced item â which feels like a way to push another sale rather than resolve a real quality issue.

   Read moreI am surprised by the positive reviews. I have had a total of 3 experiences with this company and all 3 have been disappointing. The demo racquet program is horrible. The first time I ordered a demo it took 3 weeks to get to me. Unfortunately I was traveling for work when it arrived and did not get back until the racquet had to be returned. The 2nd time I ordered a demo racquet it arrived a week after ordering instead of in 2 days. I again was out of town when it arrived. I asked for an extension so I could actually demo the racquet and was told no because someone was waiting to receive the racquet. I don't understand that at all. I had to wait to receive it. This sees to be their standard practice. So why can't the next person wait a couple of days just like I had to wait?
