I walked into the store this past Saturday around 5p, completely defeated and rushing due to not being able to find the perfect last-minute dress for a dinner that night. I unfortunately did not get the super sweet associateās name who helped me, but I do remember her mentioning it was her last day working there. She almost literally held my hand from the minute, I walked into the store until I left. I was afraid that the largest size in the store may not fit me, so I was pretty discouraged already, but she reassured me to give some items a try anyway as sizing runs a little big. She had recommendation on top of recommendation and truly made sure that my concerns were addressed. Her personality & conversation was amazing! She truly cared about my experience. And we found THE perfect dress that fit!
No shade, but Iād just left the similar dress shop on the same shopping strip, I was not greeted or assisted in picking anything.
So it was a breath of fresh air walking into this store & working with this young lady. I have over 20 years of customer service work experience, so my expectations are extremely high. This wonderful associate went above & beyond! She is truly a rare gem to have on any team & am sure she will continue to shine at any of her future endeavors....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreKeep ALL of your receipts!! I came in with a gift that I wanted to exchange with a gift receipt. The employee didnāt know if it was purchased on sale or full price. She made and phone call and told me to browse another item to exchange it with, with the full price of the original gift. Then the employee came up a few minutes later and told me that the gift I brought in was actually bought for half off so I actually only had half of the amount to exchange. I thought it was all weird to begin with, with the fact that they couldnāt just bring up the original purchase but instead were making phone calls to discuss what sales were going on during the original purpose to guess on the sale price. I wanted to make sure so, I then had to contact the person who originally gave me the gift to confirm what they spent to purchase the gift and sure enough it was at full price. I then had to prove with a photo of the receipt that they didā¦which then they finally agreed on the full price and then told that whatever I exchanged it for was final sale. The matter was resolved but just beware of the inconsistencies in their system of gift...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really loved this Apricot Boutique, the evening cashier was amazing, her personality and kindness was the best customer service, that I have had in such a long time, I visited this store back in Early November with my 3 sisters and she recognized my face and the purchases we made and who brought what, That left a great impression with me for her , to remember that. Sheās attending College at Kennesaw State , my daughter is a graduate of Kennesaw State and they both had such a good conversation while I was in the fitting room. We need many more cashiers like her. I have visited a lot of Boutique sometimes they make you feel uncomfortable because of your race but this young lady was so pleasant, May God Continue...
