I've been a customer here since I was only about twelve or eleven, and I can still remember when my parents would take me after school to catch an animated movie or maybe even a Marvel or DC one. Almost ten years later, I still think of this theater first when it comes to movies.
I'll admit, I think I go to this theater too many times. I watched Spiderman 3 times in this place alone, but it's because of the satisfaction that I always get out of every time I come here that I do
Excellent staff; they're very polite and make sure that you're satisfied with your experience at the concession and with any issues you may report to them.
I remember when I watched a movie last year, (The Suicide Squad) on a early weekday, the movie wasn't the right one, and the staff were easily on it, correcting the issue immediately.
The reclining chairs are a great bonus on already low price tickets: one of the greatest reasons I go here first. One could say this is a budget alternative to the bigger ball game competitors, but I cannot deny the experience is always a pleasure to be shared here.
I finally watched Dog after putting it off forever today, and the line was a ghost town - as to be expected on smaller and much older movies. This is not to say that it's always vase, as I've been here on release dates of much higher acclaimed movies, the kinds that bring the entire populace of the city into one room.
And I don't know how they do it, but the staff are always professional handling customers, no matter how many they are; I imagine how challenging it must be, having worked at a liquor store myself on days like the super bowl, Thanksgiving and Christmas were always a mess. But I've never had trouble with them, and their smiles are welcoming. Kind of surprised they haven't gotten annoyed with how often I go there, haha.
Back when they sold hot dogs, (at least, it's been a while since they did) I always bought them up! For a dollar, you're getting quite the deal. They were my favorite part of the concession, and now I often choose the nachos, which are still a fun alternative on their own but you can't beat the hot dogs.
I'm starting to think I wrote a lot, but I give Picture Show much credit for their cleanliness, amazing workers and great prices on tickets and delicious food.
Keep doing what your doing, guys.
P.s. Bring back the hot dogs! Seriously!...
Read moreYes the price is good but thats’s what you get. We got tickets online, ahead of time, for Cruella the same day we went so that we could get good seats. So we get there on time and find our seats, we see a couple literally sitting next to us. I was very confused because there were supposed to groups of people spread apart from each other because of Covid. But we sat down in our seats anyway (E13 & E14). The couple then proceeded to ask us if those were our seats and we showed them the tickets and they showed us theirs. I could tell they playing off as surprised and confused but we’re trying to sit in seats that weren’t theirs. Their seats were at the end of the same aisle. So then once my boyfriend and I have finally settled in our seats passing each other the hot dogs and popcorn we had bought there (which was more expensive than our actual tickets) I tried reclining my seat and to my BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT both our seats did not recline at all. We had to uncomfortable sit at the angle they had been left at. Not only that, during the movie we noticed that parts of the scenes in the movie were cut out because the shot was too wide for the actual screen. It’s honestly so disappointing because I have been going to this theater for years. I even work at this mall but now I’m just going to be watching movies at Century Stadium 25 theater. They have way cleaner restrooms and that actually have soap in them to wash your hands. Plus the soda machines have way more options. Other than that, I loved the movie, it was amazing. If it weren’t for the actual movie, we would have had a terrible time.
Update: It’s been over 2 weeks since this review and this company commented on here and even emailed me saying that they would give me tickets as an apology but nothing has been done even though I didn’t plan on even return. Just wanted to see what kinda of people run this place and I’m glad I won’t...

Read your firts reply, We have shared your review and photos with the Director of Operations and General Manager to address.
I have not been contacted by anyone. Ive also filled out the contact form. But at this point Im done wasting my time. I wont be taking my family there after going for over 20 years.
This place is like a horror movie theater, will not recommend it, we were seconds of walking out, kids convinced me not to. We couldn't sit in our designated seats. The people before (I think) left a mess. So we had to use other seats. The whole time, I was thinking that someone was going to walk in and clean it since we got there when the previous movie was ending. They were out of most of their cheap food, so we had to buy things we didn't really want just to eat something. The food area was nasty, too. Seats were old and sticky, smelled bad, and no one was doing any cleaning. We got there 30 mins before our movie time. Seats are nothing like their website picture. We will not be going back there ever again! Like some other commenter said, that place needs to be shut down and sanitized. It was a waste of money, and I had a horrible experience.
When we left, we left out the seating area cleaned. I know it is not 100% the management fault but they do need to hire people to clean between movies like all the other theaters do.
We could've walked in without paying, there was no one to check for tickets. Management really does not care about this pace.
I took a picture of the receipt for "more info"
Update: 7/21/25 I sent various emails and no response. Reply to my comment was just spam. No one wants to do...
