Fire & Metal - Formerly Sparkle Grill Cleaning — Attraction in Santa Clara

We have used Sparkle Grill for a number of years to do an end of the season cleaning of our outdoor BBQ grill. They have always done a remarkable job-the grill now over 13 years old almost looks new after they have finished. This year we also had the technician do a comprehensive cleaning of our double oven and range. Wow! Looks great. Dimri, the technician, was polite and professional and worked very hard to make everything come out right. Once in a while I have had some issues with responsiveness when trying to reach the main office, but they seem to have worked to make that better, with Jessica on board to respond to inquiries. Yesterday we used the newly named Fire and Metal for s pre-grilling season maintenance. Owen did a great job. Watching bits and pieces of the 2 hour plus job, it is incredible how thorough and comprehensive the process is. Our now 15 year grill looks like a youthful newbie. We participate in the Grill Guardian program. I spoke with Esther yesterday morning and Owen was here by 2! They will be back in November for a post-season cleaning and to replace a few minor parts. Got my needed appointment on the day I requested and with just a one hr window😇 instead of other repair appointments of 4 or more hr windows😵‍💫. Tech was on time very professional and took time to not just clean but found the grill light out and troublesome switch I had to pray it worked but of course completely forgot to mention those issue when making the appointment 🙄.. well tech found them and had replacement parts on the truck and even gave me handy guides to keep grill clean as well as cleaned up everything around the work area of built in grill. Very thorough, obviously competent and did a great job. I have them come out yearly and every time is just as consistently great as the last. Manager Josef also is friendly and helpful never minding an “omg something broke and I don’t know what to do” calls!! If you want your grills including the free egg etc to work well.. have them serviced with them. I received nothing for this review just the world is full of complaints and too few words of support so I have decided to make the effort to support a local business when they do have great service and...

I don't know how well they actually clean things but at least one of their drivers was driving down Williams Rd like a bat out of heck and being a jerk tailgating the vehicle in front of me. It's 25 mph, not 52. This just happened at 4:15 p.m. on July 16th, 2025. Maybe the driver is numerically dislexic but seemed more like in too much of a hurry, especially since the driver was trying to actually pass the person driving a normal speed in front of them, despite it only being one lane in a residential neighborhood. I wouldn't hire this company just based on that. If they can't hire people who are nice on the roads, then how nice is the company culture? I included some pictures but couldn't get the license plate because they were driving so darn fast.
