Bethany Curve is the name of a small curved street in the Circles neighborhood, and also the name of the very pleasant greenbelt that runs along the creek and walking path between Delaware and W Cliff. This little park is very dog friendly, and even has some doggy playground equipment. Just about everyone who comes here is either walking their dog or simply walking through on the path, so it's very much a part of the neighborhood. When I moved here some years ago we just called it "the frog path" because there are sometimes frogs in the creek. I've never heard anyone refer to the park itself as "Bethany Curve", but I guess...

Along the way, you get to see some nice plants people have cultivated along the banks of the stram, some fun little bridges over the water, the remains of the Santa Cruz streetcar system, and some dog agility obstacles. Read moreBethany Curve at sunset was very beautiful. It was crowded at several locations even during the pandemic with about 60% of people wearing masks. However, most were respectful when keeping their distance. There were plenty of spots near the cliffs (please be careful if you visit as some are dangerous) to be able to take in the scenery. I recommend coming 45 minutes before sunset to find parking along Cliff Drive and get to a spot with a great view of the sun...
