I went to the building where I met with a security guard and an employee who informed me that the building was closed still, but were very friendly and gave me the number of Erma Kelly to ask about alcohol and gaming. I called the number and asked her the process to get a replacement permit and she responded with a mailed form and money order. That was fine.
