The place seems not to get a lot of customers since they have another boba cafe that seems to be their competition, reminds me of the movie Good Burger but instead this place is Mondo Burger. When I came on a Sunday afternoon it was empty (for good reasoning). I placed an order which was the Tiger tea which was a “customers favorite” and the matcha green tea. It took about 5 minutes to make. The customer service was fine, JUST FINE. I then fled the scene and when we got to the car and started driving is when we first tasted the drinks. The Tiger Tea was bland, had no sweetness, and tasted like “SUNFLOWER JUICE” but the honey boba was pretty good and the only thing enjoyed but some of the boba also was trapped and frozen in ice 🧊like an avalanche. My friend got the “gatcha matcha” and it was solid but there was lavender essence to it and I was flabbergasted as who thought the shredded lavender in a GREEN MATCHA TEA was a good idea. Low-key the milk tea tasted like aspartame too. Overall it was pretty rough I won’t be back. PS: Go to bubble king right next door they are open...
Read moreI brought my 4 kids today. They declared Mizu's is much better than Boba Tea in the mall and enjoyed finding boba stuck inside the ice. If I had to choose pink drink or boba here, I'll pick here.
Staff is extra helpful, good attitudes, boy at the register has good knowledge of the products, and the girl that started it all is very personable (I observed a conversation). Regular boba is cooked well, nice size. They're actually hot when they go in the cup, but cool really quickly when you stir it up. Popping boba has a very thin bubble - I tried another place before and didn't like it because the bubbles were thicker and stuck in my mouth. Also cool, you can get a smoothie...with boba in it. So many other options to add. Love the loyalty card, I'll definitely go back without the kids to fill up my card and try other things without...
Read moreTravel companions wanted something cool and sweet and they suggested boba tea. We found Mizu’s Boba Tea Spot near where we were staying and are so glad we tried it. The family-owned business serves a variety of teas with options to add boba. When we were there, one of our travel companions had a special request and the owners did everything possible to make the custom drink that was possible due to flavors that they happened to have on hand. They select their products based on quality and they deliver the quality with their service. Highly recommend visiting Mizu’s Boba in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Excellent for families or anyone who appreciates cooling down with a...
