I joined the Santa Monica location for the infusions however some blood work before I started (baseline) and after I'd been doing it for a couple months showed some discouraging changes and I was advised that this was likely due to the infusions I called and spoke with the owner and explained to her why I needed to cancel after my three months which was all I committed to.

She agreed said she understood. I thought I would be able to come by but I explained I just had major surgery and ultimately I was unable to go in person to get any other types of services for the money I had spent already that third month

A Few months later I noticed that she had continued to take money from my account every month after I canceled. I sent multiple emails, she kept billing me. I called, and they sent me a form to sign. I signed it and sent it back to the same email that had sent it to me cancelling again asking for them to refund the money they had been taking since I obviously had not gone and I had canceled it with the owner-- but was completely ignored.

and they keep on charging me.

I would strongly advise that you not trust them with your account information. They will never stop billing you. No matter how much you think you're saving by going on these monthly plans it's nothing compared to how much you'll spend as they keep drawing money out of...

Love this place! So far I have had cryo twice, tried the compression, and had an amazing hydrafacial! The esthetician here is so kind and really takes her time. She didn’t try to push products on me and really encouraged me to relax during the treatment - a welcome change from other spas I have gone too recently that really seem to just push sales. The cryo is an entirely new experience altogether. I was super nervous to try it, but the employees of restore were so kind and encouraging. They even formed a little hype team outside the window of the cryo chamber my first time to cheer me on. It ended up being much easier than expected and the stress relief I felt after is incredible. It improves my mood for the entire day! Just beware, there is a little microphone in the cryo chamber which allows you to communicate with “the outside” , however this also means that the store can hear your explicatives as well 😂.
