Reason for my two stars is because I had a employee that help me find the shade for a makeup product I been looking for and another employee was kind to me but, once I checked out with my items I had in the mini basket this one employee at cashier cheat me out my money and didn't checkout all my items so pretty much gave me half the items I paid for and I notice when I walked out an checked the receipt that the other half of items I wanted to purchase wasn't on there so, the cashier probably put it back or took it from me so I had to come back and look for the items all over again and wait for someone to help me and had to pay with cash which I didn't want to do I planned to pay all the items I had with my card so whoever that cashier was should get more training because I don't know how she didn't see all the items are together cause I handed her my mini basket of the stuff I wanted to purchase so I felt very cheated out my money and this second Sephora store I went to in a different location and I'm just done with Sephora some of their employees seem to not get enough training on...

The moment the girls working there heard that my sister and I spoke Spanish, their attitude went from bad to even worse... This not only makes that store seem racist but leaves me a terrible impression of Sephora itself. If I'm spending money at whatever store, I always appreciate to 1. Be noticed and 2. Being helped. I had to ask 3 different people to get me a product that was out of stock on the shelf, and when they finally helped me I was told that it was completely out...
