🚨Terrible service! I will make sure we everyone knows what’s happening here. 📎Last week I went to get a popcorn with soda and I told the guy I wanna a combo, was not busy, he told me I could have it one popcorn and 2 sodas, I told him it’s ok I just wanna one, I don’t mind to pay. He give me a look and another employee start make the pop corn in a paper box, so I told him no, I wanna the medium cup, the older man clear on stress just Curse me, he say: “WTF is going on here?”. Why? This is just the begging. 🤯 This day we have fire alarm in the middle of the movie, we also have the manager Yelling to people like e we are on his house.😖 The male restroom was parcial broke and the worst: The Bucket of the popcorn was old and flaky so they put the new popcorn on top of them to fool people. 😵 It’s so many another places to go in Los Angeles so many other place when people are respectful and polite and the popcorn was not old in the Bottom… I never complain about paying the price of the products.. I can standing the older manager on his stressful service. 😵‍💫I will make sure this place will close. I will call the sanitary department to check this horrible place.🤮 I don’t even mention the microwave a hamburger or nasty! 🤢I never been so disrespected my life for no reason. 🤐The older guy on the popcorn is and the older manager delivered a terrible service… is terrible “old pop corn in the bottom… popcorn is terrible. 👋🏽Hello Angelinos; avoid this trash theater. I wanted to say Thank You to the G.M. for correcting an error we made yesterday (Saturday 9/14). We drove up from our Southbay location around 1400 & planned to spend the day on the Promenade but also wanted to take in a film at a favorite theater we hadn't returned to (regrettably) since the pandemic. We were parked across the street, noticed the architectural changes outside & went online to see what was playing. That was when we saw a film we were interested in, ordered our senior tkts & exited the car & proceeded to spend the next 4hrs 45min walking around shopping & eating. The film started @1900hrs & when we entered the theater - we noticed our error. We purchased tickets for a film at the Royal (🤣) We were, how can I put this - bummed (?) That's when the another man was called over to help us. He asked us if there was anything we saw on the board behind him that we would like to see. He set us up with another film at that point & our evening was great. His name (I think, because I had to ask afterwards) was Isaac. It is this type of C.S. that brought us to the Laemmle Theaters almost weekly prior to the pandemic but a motorcycle accident & the pandemic has kept us away. But, we are not going to wait 4yrs, or 4 months, or even 4 weeks to return...

the remodeled place is nice and chairs R comfortable, but the lobby is too small for gathering or waiting before the movie... same for the lines for tix - too tight, so U have to wait outside sometimes, to be in line for tix... they do have nice launch space upstairs, But, most people don't know about it, and U can go up only after checking in with your tix , I think! I had to wait for someone who purchased advanced tix on line, and showed up after me, and there was no place to wait in the lobby! and it was cold outside!!! so it's not really a good waiting or gathering /community place...but thats the real estate story of the Los...
