Unfortunately (for me ) I did not get to even eat my food to be able to leave a review about it . We had reservations on 1/1/23 at 1pm . It was 3pm and our party left because I still did not get my food . We waited so long , I had to go extend my parking and I never even got my food . The male waiter was sweet and looked like he tried but there was just a lack of presence and it took forever to just get drinks and order our food . The DJ was playing the music so loud that we could not even talk to each other , after an hour of finally putting in our orders , only most of our table got their food . There was no communication between us and the staff on what was going on . As much as the manager ( once we were finally able to ask for her) and the waiter looked like they were trying , they just had poor customer service skills . The waiter just kept saying " I have no control at this point , your food will come out eventually" . After speaking to the manager to get an estimated time of when the rest of the food will come out ( shocking we were willing to stay right ?) The manager said she had no faith in the kitchen staff and we decided to leave . It was a disaster. As a manager and staff , you should be able to communicate to your customers and make them feel like something is being done and not just shrug your shoulders and go " what can I do ". Reading off other reviews it seems like Everytime they do this bottomless mimosa event , service and food quality is disappointing. Yesterday was very disappointing. The staff seemed like they did not know how to prioritize their guests and did not know how to do crowd control . Our waiter even told us one of the bartenders walked out ? Which was kind of funny because the bar was not the problem that afternoon. We were one of two of the biggest tables in the middle of the place and everyone else was being helped ( or left very angry ) aside from us. This was my first time trying this place and sad to say that I do not want to try a second time . I hope that this review is a wake up call and shows what improvements need to take place and fast because that was a horrible experience and did not make this place look good in any way . I can see there are same reviews from 2 months ago and nothing has been fixed ??? You guys need to do better because no place should be ran like that or neglect your customers so...

The DJ they had spinning that day was top tier. Okay, so here’s how my experience went. I came to this restaurant for a surprise birthday brunch for my best friend so I arrived early. I was greeted by the host and was told I was the first one to arrive and to let her know when the rest of my party arrived, She told I could wait at the bar so I did. The bartender was very friendly and took my order right away. Once our birthday girl arrived we were seated immediately. We asked our server Robert if we could switch tables because we were expecting two more guest. So we moved to the table two inches away from us. We sat waiting for Robert to return for about 20 mins no water or drink orders went taken. I walked to the bar to ask Robert if he was our server. When I asked him he gave me a very rude response. He told me that he came to our table 3 times! And he is helping another table and he will be there in a second. Robert only seated us he never asked if we wanted to place drinks orders or anything. When he finally came to our table the energy was very awkward. He took our orders and left. The food was not good! I expected for the presentation to be great at least. I ordered the steak and eggs and so did a couple of my friends. The steak was already cut into to pieces and arrived to the table cold! While we were eating a girl at a table 2 feet away from us was clearly over served alcohol and she threw up all over the floor in the restaurant. The smell filled the room so we asked another server if we could move. She said they were going to clean it up. WE MOVED! after not being addressed. Robert did not come back to us. We order more drinks with another server and finally when she had a birthday surprise Robert joined the team. If you're going for happy don't bother the menu doesn't have a good selection and don't purchase the big cup for $25 it all ice and juice not worth the money. When we first arrived the host at the door did not greet us it was as if she didn't want us there. we waited for about 5mins before we were seated, once we were seated we were greeted by our waiter I forgot his name but I do remember him telling us he was Romanian because we loved his accent. Our food came out quick but, the drinks were not so good. After we were done eating I asked for the check, so my friends and I decided to split the bill,we asked him can he split the check and he said no only 1 card can be used which I thought was odd because I usually split checks when I dine with friends. I told him okay give us a few minutes while I have everyone zelle me their half of the bill, he said okay and walked away not even 5mins later he came back and said to us are you guys ready I have to go home I then said to him no I'm still waiting on a their zelle to post to account because I had no intention on paying the entire bill myself, he then says to us thats not my problem I don't care how y'all pay just pay now. I then said to him you're acting like we are not going to pay he then says to us I don't have time for this let me get the manager I'm like for what reason when you are the one being rude to us. At this point I just wanted to get out of there because I felt like he was racially profiling us, I ended up just giving him my credit card so things didn't escalate any further. The manager did come over I explained to her what happened and she just smiled and walked away. That is my first and last time there, the energy was off from the beginning at the door.
