El Pacifico Market — Attraction in Santa Rosa

I went here April 13th around 5pm and purchased quite a few items...including a salsa. As soon as I got home, I started on dinner and went to open the salsa to try it. It was so nasty! It had a rancid smell, and you could see white stuff ontop of the salsa...but you couldn't see it with the package lid on. Obviously it was no good. So I called the market and asked if I could exchange it, and she said no, I could buy a new one. They arent doing returns. Then at that point I asked for my money back. She said no. Items are reasonably priced, there is fresh pan, lottery machine’s, freezer goods, meat where they can cut it for you, and a spot where you can send money to those in Mexico. Employees are very nice and after my high school classes, I’d go here to get a snack and hang out with my friend outside on the benches. I’ve never seen or been to a corner market like this before. They have everything a Mexican grocery store has and more. The have the largest selection of dried chilies I’ve ever seen, a fabulous taqueria, fresh meat market and baked goods. The manager , butchers, grocer, cooks, and cashiers all...
