Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

The food is fine, but there are some interesting amenities. There's a lovely water feature in the middle of the dining room. It consists of a drip every second landing comfortably on the floor where it is puddling and running across the dining room. It makes me feel like I'm hiking when I must cross the creek which runs almost halfway through the room. The restrooms make me feel like I'm visiting a rustic pit toilet. I just forgot to bring my own tp and cleaning supplies. Someone before me apparently used the seat to wipe, which makes sense due to the condition of the low budget, pre-moistened, we'll handled, toilet paper rolls. I've been here for half an hour now, eating and writing. No employees have entered the dining room to mop the floor, place a bucket under the leak, or clean the multiple tables of crumbs. I normally get a grilled chicken salad comes to about 6 dollars and some change, mind you the chicken would always be warmed up. I recently went twice same order and everything but i noticed that the grilled chicken was cold the first time. i brushed it off but i definitely did not enjoy my salad this way . I went again and asked how they swerve the grilled chicken salad and they said warmed up, then i though well alright the cold chicken from my last order was just a one time thing. When i got up to pay it came out to almost 10 dollars so i questioned them on why it was so pricey they went ahead and said that now they charge you if you want the chicken warmed up. This is ridiculous why should i be charged extra for something that would always be warmed up. This lessens the customer experience in my opinion and not...

The restroom was clean enough. The staff of 3 was absorbed in socializing with eachother and very reluctant to help me, taking twice as long as necessary to get the items for me. I wanted to dine in but was automatically given takeout and ended up eating in the parking lot. The fries were barely edible and some of them were gross to look at. The sandwich was ok. Overall the food hit me with a chemical sadness (I've noticed this before in fast food, something in the food causes artificial sadness) and I decided this would be the last time I ever eat fast food. Extra poor experience when it was only after I'd ordered that I noticed the Halloween themed menu items, a reason to boycott this particular fast food chain regardless.
