This shop scams food delivery customers. They "adjusted" my price after I ordered, which is usually reserved for customizations that weren't available in-app. I didn't change anything about my order. They added $2 on to my order because they wanted extra cash. If they need to update their item prices, they should do that. This is irresponsible and deceiving. If you cannot afford to be on a food delivery app as a vendor, don't offer it. Uber Eats refunded the $2 fee after I disputed it.

Read moreThe place is small and funky. The menu is limited. Neither of those matter. I'm always greeted with a hearty "hello, my friend," as is everyone else. The banh mi is outstanding and the prices are reasonable.
The restaurant is always clean and, despite the fact that it seems to be a one man show, my made to order food never takes long to make.
I came here for the first time a few months ago. This quickly became my go-to place to meet people for lunch.
Update 6 years later: The prices are still reasonable. The space is less cluttered now and there is a different person manning the (now) one woman show. Still a great place...

Would be an ok place to take the kids as there's lots of open floor space and they even have a toddlers basketball net set out with balls! The best part: super affordable! Me and a friend had a sandwich and coffee each plus their sesame ball dessert for $13 total! Definitely a hidden gem.
