I came in to the Print & Marketing desk to see about getting custom receipt books made up. I had an example to go off of, plus I had a few changes I wanted to add(carbon paper copies, stamped logo, color scheme). It was very busy that day, but the employees made sure it wasn't a long wait before anyone's needs were attended to. They had a quote ready for me the very next business day with a price that was much more budget-friendly than what I had been expecting. On my end of things, there was quite a bit of indecisiveness and people changing their mind, which meant a few days of going back and forth via email, but when the final decision was made, it was only 3 days before I got an email from Staples notifying me the order was ready. I feel a need to single out Larisa, who maintained communication with me through the whole process, was accommodating of my needs, and very helpful in explaining what they could offer me. Because of her and her team, this whole experience was pleasant. My people and I are very satisfied with the finished product, and I will definitely be coming back for all my business...
Read moreThe worst. I went through a TON of hassle trying to remember my username and password on their stupid website just to send a doc over to have it printed for a business meeting we have today. I finally just created a new account out of frustration.
So I uploaded my docs to have them printed within a few hours (which they've done in the past) and it's trying to charge me an extra $5 just to have 12 copies of a 2-page doc printed today.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!
Let me get this straight: -You are an office supply store with dozens of copiers -You force people to jump through 10 hoops before printing -You make them pay online -Then when they do ALL THAT, you want to charge them extra for doing the work you advertise?
CRAZY. I can't believe a business can be so insensitive to their customers.
