Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Today (12/13/22), I placed an online order shortly after 1300 Hrs., for a pizza delivery at 1630 hrs. Obviously, the delivery charge is now $6.25 for approx a 2 miles drive or less. On top of that, I gave a $5 tip for less than $40 order. I should say, I ordered from the Coddingtown Roundtable on Guerneville Rd. When the pizza never arrived at 1640 (10 minutes late), I called Round Table and was transferred to 3 different people asking the same question! Why hasn't my pizza been delivered by now.

Apparently, I was now speaking with the assistant manager who kept making excuses that there was no delivery driver at the moment. Really, I placed my order at 1 PM amd you're telling me that you couldn't find a driver to deliver my pizza nearly 4 hours later. Why? You told me that the pizza was ready - but didn't have a driver available. I don't want to hear excuses as this has happened before with you several months back when you didn't deliver our pizzas ordered for a kids birthday party. That is terrible to have 10 kids starve for your failure as I went elsewhere. Even then, you delivered 3 hours late and I still accepted it. Check your records. I complained back then as well. There is a huge failure happening at this Round Table that needs some serious correcting from The Corporate Office, which I will also be sending an inquiry too. The pizza finally arrived shortly after 5 PM, (30 minutes late). Try telling my son who is 11 years old with Autism and non-verbal why his Round Table pizza cannot be delivered on time or even a few minutes late - but hey, that’s a personal reason and you most likely don’t care! Or do you! Surely, you don’t have an issue to charge customers a hefty fee for delivery and then accept tips for service - that is way below...

The service was okay but could have been better, to begin, when they brought out our pizza, they had dropped slices from our pizza on our way to our table, waiter offered to make us a personal size pizza to make up the pizza slices they had dropped but we never received, second when we took home the leftover pizza slices, i decided to reheat a slice pizza, mid way into eating my slice of pizza i happened to feel a shark object/piece scrape the top of my mouth gum, I spit it out, just to see it was a piece of FINGERNAIL! That is so freaken DISGUSTING! Had i just thrown away the leftover pizza no one would have known. So I then called the store sights "manager" and he told me to bring in the slice of pizza with the finger nail and see what they can work/fix about the disgusting fingernail that was found in my pizza and when I did do that, the person that picked up my call and told me to being in the slice off pizza, he wasn't even the manager but an assistant manager and he said he couldn't do anything about it until tomorrow November 2nd 2025, not only was my time wasted but...

Round Table pizza is one of my favorites but i am very frustrated with the one on guerneville road right now. I placed two separate orders on two separate days for curbside pickup. The first one was maay 4th for $25.05. I was a little late but arrived b4 closing only to be told my order had been canceled and the money would go back on my card 7-10 days. In spite of this bad experience i attempted to order the same meal, also curbside and also$25.05. This t (may19th) i waited and waited and waited. I finally called asked if i needed to come inand was told no. Still no one came out. I called again only to be told that they had run out of dough and therefore my order was canceled and my money was put back on my card. Nothing has been put back on my card and today is may 30th. I need my money i live on SSI. I don't know what to do as i have no receipt but i definitely did not receive any...
