Marshalls & HomeGoods — Attraction in Saugus

DO NOT BUY RUGS FROM THIS STORE!!!! Purchased a rug (in a bin) at this store and come to find out it was infested with BED BUGS. After a week of getting bitten and trying to figure out what was happening we finally figured out the only thing new introduced to the house was the rug!!! By the time we had figured it out they had also gotten into my couch (rug was in the living room) and now have had to throw away my couch and have an exterminator come to my house in order to eradicate the bed bugs brought in from this rug!!! Buyers be ware!! They also refused to even give me a refund of the rug because I wouldn’t bring it back into the store for proof! This has cost me over 1000 dollars in the along run all from a $100 rug. Extremely disappointed...

Old Marshall's upgrade to new "Marshall's /HomeGoods". It looks like they added a little space, made all existing clothing sections smaller and used up much of the floor space to the Home goods portion. Also the Home Goods portion seemed more expensive than in other home goods. I was in a different HomeGoods two days before and many of the same products were significantly cheaper than in the other store. I noticed this on several different exactly the same items. I found several sets of children's clothing in clearence in this Saugus location and at the register the cashier wanted to sell me one set at regular price marked for $10. I told her it was marked as a set for $10 and she called another woman who ended up trying to sell me two sets marked in clearence for $10 and another for $13 at regular price, claiming that she understood that it was in clearence but that was its new price. I told her ok thanks and I went to TJ MAXX where I found better deals from $9 sets and some nicer and more...
