I am on day 5 without any a/c. I have been complaining about the sound of the outside unit when it turns on along with the temperature inside the apartment increasing and not cooling down since August 2020. This is the second time I’ve had a window fan in my apartment. The very first time I was told that MANAGEMENT would have a contractor come and check it out. However a contractor never came, but luckily my a/c begun to work again after 2 days. I went down to the office and asked for maintenance to remove the unit. Moving forward to 07/31/21 my apartment hasn’t been cooling down during a heat advisory. The outside temperature was 94 and my apartment was 86. Maintenance came out 08/01/21 to fix the problem and trouble shoot. I was told the maintenance man had a heat stroke from exhaustion. I feel as if this could have been prevented if management actually cared about their employees and residents. Management contacted me and stated they would bring a technician to fix my a/c. The technician came that day about 3 hours later. The property manager came by apologizing and set up the window unit in my apartment (which I appreciate). She informed me that the technician noticed a broken part and would have the part overnighted. She promised my concerns would get resolved the next day 08/02/21. It is currently 08/05/21 and my a/c has not been fixed and I have not been updated unless I contact the office. My outside unit is currently buzzing whenever it is running. For the current price this apartment is charging for new residents, I would not recommend!

I’ve lived at this property for over a year now, and I have to say I’ve lived in several communities, but I have never seen a property manager go above and beyond the way Ar’Jay does. Since taking on this role, he has shown an incredible level of care and dedication to the residents here. Most recently, I received an email about a Back-to-School Drive for the kids in our community, and I was truly impressed. It’s rare to see a property manager think of thoughtful initiatives like this, and it really shows how much he cares about the families who live here. Ar’Jay consistently brings fresh ideas, community engagement, and genuine effort to make Longshore Commons feel like more than just an apartment complex it feels like a real community. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to just to highlight this amazing team. Hats off to Ar’Jay and the entire office staff at Longshore for all that you do!

I love living at Longshore! The staff are all super kind and helpful. My one bedroom is the perfect size and I love my little balcony. The screened in porches are a must! Kitchen is huge with tons of storage and the bathroom is a great size too. Brand new amenities like the gym and pool are fantastic! I love that they are pet friendly and always have treats for my dog in the office. Perfect location in Pooler close to everything I need to get to and easy to get to downtown from my apt as well. They like to host lots of events every month (see the picture of my friend at movie night!) If you are looking for a new place to live in Savannah Pooler area, do yourself a favor and live here!

I'm writing this review to help put the smile back on Ar'Jay’s face, because after speaking with him today, it was clear he wasn’t his usual upbeat self. I later found out someone was unhappy about him encouraging us as residents to take accountability and I want to say, I completely support his message and efforts. I've been living at Longshore Commons for about three months now, but I wouldn't call myself new to the community. Before I moved in, I attended several resident events hosted here, invited by a friend that currently lives here as well. Each time, I was greeted by Ar'Jay with warmth, professionalism, and kindness. It’s safe to say that one of the biggest reasons I chose Longshore Commons as my home was because of Ar'Jay and the strong sense of community he helps build through those events. While I want to give a hat tip to the entire Longshore team, Ar'Jay truly stands out. He consistently goes above and beyond for this community. I’ve personally seen him out early in the mornings, working side by side with the guy's on his team picking up trash, and doing whatever needs to be done to keep our space clean and welcoming. So when he sent out a message asking residents to do their part and be more mindful about trash, I didn’t take offense. I took it as a leader asking for shared responsibility. I, for one, appreciate that leadership. I don't want to walk up to my building and smell garbage on my way to my apartment, and I appreciate someone who is actively working to make sure we all have a better living experience. Kudos to you, Ar'Jay. You’re doing an amazing job, and your efforts do not go unnoticed. Sincerely,
A Proud...

My wife and I moved into to what used to be known as Capital Club in March of 2015. The apartment complex was fantastic, the management was outstanding, and the quality of people that lived there was phenomenal. After what seemed like a different major change every other week Capital Club became Latitude. By the time this final change had been implemented the management had completely switched out and could be best described as descent. The complex itself did not change much except for a few minor changes that did not affect its esthetics seriously but the quality of people that began to move in was horrific. The long time resident quality people moved out one by one due to the horribly loud, ignorant, and inconsiderate people that replaced them. Too often verbal altercations can be heard at any hour of the day or night in the parking lot. Many of the new residents do not appear to have had a single lesson parking etiquette. The management and ownership needs to take a hard look at the quality of people they allow to move into this complex if they hope to not have the reputation completely run into the ground. This complex is supposed to be a luxury apartment community, not a Section 8 trash pit with drag racing fools flying through the parking lots with complete disregard to the safety of anyone. GOOD customer service from the employees - YOU CAN FORGET IT! Strongly reconsider your decision before moving...
