Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs — Restaurant in Pooler

I work in Pooler, however I live in Brooklet. I stopped by to order two subs, which were a full cheesesteak and a full steak. I asked for extra cheese and extra mushrooms on my cheesesteak sub, and I paid for both extra’s! It’s supposed to come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, cheese and grilled peppers. I get home, which is about 40 minutes away, and my cheesesteak sub has nothing but dry meat and mushrooms. No cheese whatsoever, much less lettuce, tomatoes or onions! No oil and vinegar, no mayo, nothing, NADA! My husband opened his sub and was expecting steak, lettuce, onions, bell peppers and honey mustard. His sub has dry steak. Thats it! I called the restaurant, and asked if I could please get a replacement sandwich tomorrow after work, and the lady who answered said she wasn’t sure what her store policy was, so she took down my name and number. Another lady called me back, and when I told her about my food, she just wanted me to return my sub tomorrow and then they will fix me the correct food that I PAID FOR!! So what am I supposed to eat tonight? I mean seriously? I even told her I would send her a picture right then of my food, but nope, they want this disgusting food back! I paid $37.95 for TWO subs…TWO! I will NEVER step foot in that place EVER AGAIN! I urge everyone who reads this to either find a different Baldino’s, or at the very least to inspect your subs before you walk out the door! Money is too hard to waste, at least...

Soooo....we stop on a recommendation, I was excited being from Jersey seeing Jersey subs, however, the subs were not bad but they definitely not Jersey either. We ordered the chicken stir fry subs with the works they were delicious. Only down side was at the end of the sub it was just bread! They were however packed with plenty of meat! The bread was fresh as well. Recommendation yall should definitely have a cold veggie sandwich and get some buffalo chicken as well as roast beef and pastrami to add to the menu. I mean who doesn't want a hot pastrami... also add some Italian herb bread spice it up a bit!!! The guys working were very attentive and made sure our subs were made the way we asked so great job for that! Worst Baldinos ever. A few weeks ago I ordered on Door Dash and my entire order was wrong and I had to send my husband up there to get it fixed (which defeats the Door Dash purpose). I had to call them four times to get them to answer the phone. They gave no compensation or anything for the fact that the whole order was wrong. Tonight I gave them a second try, except my husband went to the store. It took 40 minutes for two sandwiches. When he got back home an hour later, I took one bite of mine and it was a ham sandwich when the receipt clearly shows turkey. They close at 9 and of course again I called about 9:30 (there's no way they are gone if they were that busy at 9) and no answer. I'll be calling again tomorrow to get...
