This place is FAN-TAS-TIC!! We had grilled snapper, grilled shrimp, grilled scallops, sautéed mixed vegetables (asparagus, onions, zucchini), fried okra, garlic mashed potatoes, and hush puppies, with cocktail sauce.

Everything tasted fresh. The seafood was grilled to perfection. The vegetables were delicious. We’re pretty sure the mashed potatoes and hush puppies were from scratch, along with the batter on the fried okra. The cocktail sauce may have been as well.

The staff was cheerful, helpful, and attentive.

And best of all, everything was reasonably priced. Like most people, we have to be careful with our money. It’s not often we go out for a nice dinner, but this was for our anniversary. It’s disappointing when you don’t get what you pay for when you’re expecting a nice meal. At the Flat Top Grill, we got our money’s worth and then some.

The food here is delicious. We took my Mom for her birthday and really enjoyed it. The homemade dinner roll is very fresh and warm. The salad is very fresh and crispy. The scallops were pan seared perfectly just a little too much pepper. The service is great. The best part is the complementary warm chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal. I would recommend this place to my closest friends. The only complaint I have is the storefront. Whoever the owner of this strip mall is I am talking to you when I say you are wrong for the condition of your building in the front. Take the ugly overhangs down and make it pretty so these people have a chance. I am sure the price you charge for rent is sickening and you can’t fix up the front....

Sweetest owners. Great service. Delicious food. Phenomenal establishment. That’s Flat Top Grill in a nutshell. We’ve been many times now, and each time we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Portions are sizable and flavorful. The fried food is never greasy but always well-seasoned. The soft roll provided at the beginning of the meal and chocolate chip cookie provided at the end of the meal are such a nice touch. You can clearly tell the owners take great pride in providing a wonderful experience for all patrons. Support small business!
