Meghana Jewelers — Attraction in Schaumburg Township

i went on a saturday AM and they would not buzz me in at first as they were super busy i rang the belll 3 times then the lady standing next to door seem like a customer opened the door still no one buzzed me in once i am in there were about 12 customers there and some were interested in big ticket items .. i asked the lady on the LHS counter how much a set was and she said she is with customer and will help shorlty so i waited for 10 mins then she went on the other side to check something for the customer she was helping and once the transact with that customer was over still staying on that other side she started hellping another customer that was already being helped previusly by another sales associate and when i went on that side and asked her how come she did not come back to the side of the store where i was waiting to be served once she finished the earlier transaction with that first customer she said its very busy and that this customer was there from before.. she said please come back on a weekday when she will be able to help me .. i was shocked are they telling all the other customers to come back on weekday and i saw one other couple who came in saw the rush and they themselves said we will come back on weekday as it seemed the wait would be very long but for sales associate to just tell me point balnk that come back on weekday i thoguth was like they dont want to have my business period that they had many customers and did not need my presence there .. i will not go back to them they seem obnoxious and rude and seems like they only cater to people with large wallets sizing from coming with a band wagon of peopel vs me going on my own with no jewelry on my body perhaps gives a sign of no importance to them .. they size the customer by how they look and provide service accordingly which is sadly human nature and nature of business oh well onwards to better things and where i am accepted...

I went there to buy bangles and an old man attended us; he showed us very few and stopped showing more, rather he left and started stacking up the jewelry in the rack with me being there and waiting for him. Despite that I decided to buy one and asked for the price, the price was bumped up so much; when I asked him to explain, he was not ready to explain and just mentioned it is our store price. I have purchased jewelry may times in Devon street hence I know how pricing works. I decided not to stay there anymore and left.
