I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible customer service we received from Monica during our visit to Michael’s. From the moment we asked for assistance, she went above and beyond to make sure my father and I found exactly what we needed. Instead of simply pointing us in the right direction, she personally walked with us, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring we were completely taken care of.

Monica’s patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly stood out. She took the time to answer all our questions with a smile and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who takes that much pride in what they do, and she absolutely made a lasting impression.

I'm with my wife when we came here yesterday. Yes, after we ate our lunch we went to this place. They have a huge parking lot inside. It's easy to park my car since there is a lot of vacant space. When we enter I'm amazed at how they have a huge and great selection. I just followed my wife where she was going. We were at a crafting materials section so I just grabbed my phone and took some photos of this selection. Then we went to the selection of a display. My wife wants to buy a frame and he can't decide what design and color to choose. So I suggested to her that the beige frame would be perfect for our wall. Great customer service always with a smile. The store was pretty busy today with customers all wanting and needing help. While I waited for my turn to ask a few questions I noticed that Jade responded to us with aplomb and made sure that each of us were satisfied before helping the next customer.
