Subway — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

I went this subway 2 weeks ago and there was a lady in front of me she was making an order while on call for someone, so she made a mistake manager was like no problem, we will make another sandwich for you but when It was my turn I was on a call with my gf because she wanted it so I told them to make a sandwich but then all the sudden manager tells me I can't order a sandwich while on the phone, I was stunned I was like what the other lady just did that and now all the sudden I can't do that he kept denying me so when I told him I just gonna go and he was like you made me throw away a good bread I was like I was gonna ask you to make me a sandwich till you denied it to me so its your fault not mine. Manager is so ungrateful, its like he hates every customer he never has happy face. This was the worst...

I do not recommend placing an app order at the store for pick up because your sandwich will be made incorrectly and they will offer no resolution. I place an order for meatball marinara sandwich and checked the option for extra marinara. After I came home, I realized the sandwich was dry as dirt. I called them to let them know that the sandwich was made incorrectly, and the gentleman on the phone was giving me attitude like it was my fault and trying to say that the sandwich was made correctly and he had cameras. He should probably take a look at his cameras before talking because I guarantee it’s going to show that it was made incorrectly. Look at the picture. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!!!! AWFUL SERVICE! Ordered in app for an offer that they were showing that they were participating in. Went straight there just to find out that they won't honor the offer and cancelled my order. I did receive an email notification but I placed my order and started driving I will NOT check my emails while I'm driving. The owner pointed to a sign taped to his counter that states not participating. Offered to show him the app he had no interest. Sounded like he was aware but wouldn't honor. Rather than taking care of the customer and then fixing THEIR ERROR, he got upset started to sweat at me and told me to get out! Completely not acceptable! DO NOT GO HERE!!
