Update on phone probs in Scottsboro AL This is an update to my original 1 star review. Not long after Nate returned my phone call where as I asked for a complete refund of the $580 + that I had given him to fix my phone. On the phone he tried to negotiate the price down to $400. I explained that I paid him around $600 and I don’t have a phone that works. I did try to help him out and said $500 and we don’t have to deal with court. He said he wants to take his screen back off my phone “Since it doesn’t work anyway.” He thought it was funny. I just hung up on him. A few days later I looked at my bank account and without talking to me he put $180 into my bank account. Now the times I paid him I was at his store and like any place you swipe your card the store owner doesn’t get to keep the information that gives him access to my bank account but he did. I understand that human error occurs, but when I took my Phone to be fixed I was told it had to have a new screen #280. He looked through my phone to try to figure out how to take it sticks it tells me it was the screen that needed to be replaced and that it would cost that much to do it almost $300 again because I just replace the screen after it being broken, and come to find out everyone the only thing that was wrong with it was that I had accidentally went to a different screen but I didn't know how to use yet on my Android Note 4 and all he would have had to do is hit a button literally all I had to do is touch the screen on the app and it would have been fixed but instead he tried to charge...
