Be sure not to bring your children into this store. After my 2 year old daughter quietly picked up some non-breakable items while being supervised the entire time, the store owner came over and told her she needed to look with her eyes. Which is fine, and so I escorted my daughter outside without another word. My husband continued to shop only to hear the store owner say, with no effort to be discreet, to another woman in the store, “Yeah I just really wish people would keep their children out of my store”. If you have such strong feelings at a minimum post a sign, but to openly complain about a child’s existence is rude at best and certainly not the type of store owner I want to support.

Edit: the store owner is entitled to her opinion, but I strongly stand by my review. We have no reason or motivation to lie or imagine such rude comments. She, however, has every reason to deny it. I concede she picked up 4, non breakable boxes. But both my husband and I were watching her constantly. I also would not want to support a store owner who then criticizes parents publicly. What’s not to love? My friend and I were attracted in by the attractive displays – nice quality clothes and what looked like unique gifts. Even better was the courteous, knowledgeable help we got from Jo. Never hovering or making us feel rushed, she offered help as we looked for a size or expressed interest in something. When seeing the kinds of things that were getting our attention, she offered suggestions and pointed out things she thought might interest us. And never once did any of that feel like her motivation was making a sale. It always felt genuine, attentive and without any pressure; like she wanted us to enjoy being there and shopping whether we bought anything or not. Well, of course we bought things! 10/10 recommend! Lisa (the owner) and Lexie are both so amazing and they make everyone that comes into their store feel so welcomed! I was greeted the moment that I walked into the door. The customer service here is absolutely top tier. Their gift and clothing selection is so unique, you'll be able to shop for absolutely anyone here. They have a large selection of product and seem to always have something new whenever I stop in. It's evident that they take pride in their store, it's always so clean, the displays are on point, and they always have yummy candles burning that fills the entire space with a really nice aroma.
