Was in Scottsdale visiting and noticed this highly reviewed breakfast/brunch/lunch joint. I was frequenting a coffee shop near by during my stay and even on the weekdays notified constant traffic near this restaurant. When we decided to go on a Sunday morning at around 10 am, I knew we would be waiting a while. My boyfriend and I are huge foodies so I knew we needed to check this place out based on photos and reviews. The check in on yelp is was great and I love that it gives you live updates of your place in line so you know when to head back. We were in the waitlist at 10:15 am and were seated at around 11:15 am. They were EXTREMELY busy, but it was SO worth the wait. The atmosphere is perfect and very “Instagramable.” The service was amazing! The orange juice was the best we’ve ever tasted. We put in our order and within 15 minutes it was being served to us. The food was hot and fresh. Definitely bring your appetite here! Coffee was wonderful. Both my boyfriend and I got the Denver omelette with our preference of cheese and pancakes. I opted for traditional pancakes, he got the apple pecan pancakes. The menu is LOADED with options. Truly something for EVERYONE! The eggs in the omelette were amazing fluffy, then pancakes were UNREAL! We were in and out before noon. We were also impressed with the price for the amount of food we got! If you have the opportunity to visit this place, do it! It is SO worth the wait, I promise you will not be disappointed! I don’t normally leave reviews but both me and my boyfriend raved about this place as being one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had so I knew it...
Read moreI came in on Friday, April 18 for breakfast. Brittany was our server. The food was great no issues with that. I arrived at 8 AM and left at 9:11 AM. When I arrived, they weren’t too busy, but they definitely were busy by 9 o’clock. our server dropped the check at about 855. When I hadn’t touched it by 905 she walked over and moved it right in front of me and said thank you again. Although she was trying to do something in a polite way, it was very rude for her to move the check from the middle of the table to right in front of me as if to say please sign this and get out. The guest that I was sitting with called her out on it and told her she was being very rude. We got up to leave, and my friend asked to speak to the manager. There was a gentleman standing at the podium Who said he was a manager. When my friend, let him know how displeased she was about what the server did he didn’t seem to really care. He kept shrugging his shoulders “like whatever”. His only response was we are a breakfast place, and we turn and burn here. How completely rude for someone in charge to say something like that. You can think it, but actually say it is so unprofessional! I have been a restaurant management for over 30 years and I could not believe that that came out of his mouth. I hadn’t seen my friend in months and we just wanted to sit and catch up for a little bit. To feel like we had to hurry up and leave was just not cool. I’ve been here a few times, but I definitely will not be coming back. It might not matter to the management or the staff, but it matters to me and my...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Butters, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the warm and cozy atmosphere—a perfect balance of casual comfort with a touch of charm that makes you feel right at home. The environment set the stage for a meal that was both hearty and memorable.
Our waitress, Maddie, deserves a special mention. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations and checking in at just the right times without being intrusive. Her service really elevated the overall experience.
As for the food, every dish we tried was fantastic: • Southern Salad: This salad was a true standout—fresh, vibrant greens paired with flavorful toppings that gave it that Southern twist. It was both refreshing and satisfying, offering the perfect balance of crunch and zest. • Crispy Chicken Salad: The chicken was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Combined with crisp veggies and a well-balanced dressing, it made for a hearty yet light dish that hit all the right notes. • The Garden Skillet: A must-try for anyone who loves a savory, filling breakfast or brunch option. Packed with fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked eggs, and hearty potatoes, it was flavorful and comforting without being overly heavy.
Overall, Butters impressed me with its combination of delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. If you’re looking for a place where every detail—from the menu to the service—feels thoughtfully done, this is definitely the...
