today was a shocker .... mystified by the five star they currently have

i called yesterday to inquire about getting our platinum rings polished and made arrangements to wait as i would not drop them off

first, i have had these rings for decades so i am aware of platinum but two hours for polishing at $150.00

when i requested my rings back ..... the gentleman asked what i pay to have them done back home (another state) and i replied honestly with zero dollars charged from my jeweler - he then stated that he would do them for $100.00 - i declined

it is not that i do not think a company and their employees are worth the money but let’s break it down ..... $600.00 an hour based on the real time of 15 minutes ????

EXCESSIVE

another rip off company to the arizonan’s

both rings take a total of 15 minutes at top as has been my experience for all these years and then proven by another jeweler just down the road who took just about 15 minutes to a mirror finish

i was charged at the other location $15.00 per ring and happily paid (equals $120.00 per hour)

this “company” may do a fine job in other areas but this was in no way how a company gains a potential client as i chose this location because it HAD a five star but i’m not sure how honest the reviews are now

one customer can tell two people and those two people can tell two people ......

Owner: learn the definition of karen ..... get your facts straight and be better

Owner2: your personal belittling is shocking and completely out of line as i talked of your business practices not you personally

your facts are so utterly false .... i was in the area to visit someone who’s been sick and would have some time to fill - that is why i choose to call your company and would be waiting since it is not my normal area

on the phone the day before i was told it would work .... what could i have demanded?

i never once demanded anything .... with shock over the price i asked for my rings back and left with the zero confrontation

please stop your personal bashing with false statements ........

Brent, Lance and co. run a top notch shop. Period. If you want great service, a family atmosphere, and the best pricing in the valley go see them.

One of three places I visited shopping for my fiancés engagement ring and blew the other two out of the water. These guys are honest and you feel like you can trust them from the moment you get into the details. When showing me two comparable stones that were separated in price significantly, I asked Lance if he thought the more expensive stone was worth the difference in price. Without hesitation he told me that personally he didn't think so, that the smaller stone was a much better buy and value for the money. He knew I was genuinely interested in the more expensive stone yet he had the integrity to tell me he didn't think it was worth it.

When I picked up the ring there were a few small details that needed remedied. I felt a bit of guilt asking them to fix them, but the moment I brought it up to Brent he was incredibly gracious in validating my concerns while talking me through the fixes he would make. When I came back a few days later the ring was perfect as promised.

Communication is key in this process and Brent is a master at making you feel like you can communicate every little detail ad naseum to him. He listens well, takes feedback well, and owns his mistakes and craft. He understands the magnitude of the purchase you are about to make and wants nothing more than for it to be perfect for you. Put plainly he understands the importance of great customer service and follows through on that.

I couldn't be more happy with my choice to roll with HoD. They took fantastic care of me in a lot of ways and gave me the best pricing I had seen around by a mile. Go give them a shot and you won't be...

I don’t normally get blown away by hospitality due to the fact that I’ve been in it for so long personally…. but I HAD TO leave a review for their team and services based on an incredible experience I had with them.

I was referred to them by someone on Nextdoor because I was desperate for someone to fix my soon to be husbands gold rope chain. Our dog days before our wedding ripped it off his neck, that chain held a scuba diver charm on it and it was in memory of his father who passed when he was 13 and has had this chain since then. It was a physical token that ABSOLUTELY had to make it to the wedding in memory of his late father.

I called a few places and then reached House of Diamonds. I knew with the first hello and the smile in her voice I had someone who was going to help, she asked all the right questions and guided me in the right direction and even made sure her jeweler could do it same day.

It was done and perfect and when husband went to pick it up, they gifted us the repair. (Now I’m not saying this happens for everyone so hold on)

But really It’s NOT about the money or the fact that in our eyes they made a miracle happen. It was about the pure gesture of kindness, it was about seeking to HELP, and the honesty and integrity behind her guidance.
