Le Bella Salon & Med Spa — Local services in Scottsdale

This is the WORST place ever in my experience!! Maybe not ever but VERY BAD.

I scheduled my highlights appointment a week in advance and THIS SALON CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT MORNING OF!!! Super annoying and extremely unprofessional. They essentially texted at 7am something saying "confirm by 10am or we're giving your appointment away" so if you don't see this text within this random couple hour window you're out of luck, and the fact that you scheduled an appointment with them clearly means nothing here.

Not only that but I wanted to buy a groupon for this place but the woman convinced me not to, saying it would be totally fine for me to schedule my appointment directly with her - well it wasn't, she cancelled it last minute, and since I didn't book it through groupon I have no recourse to pursue for this.

The woman who operates this salon appears greedy (so she'll literally just last-minute cancel your appointment if someone who pays more comes in!!) and clearly DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS or any sort of professionalism and...

Tammy Was so amazing and so warming and understood what I exactly needed and help me to do the best thing for me very hard, dark hair and very thick hair and she did a very good Withh the outcome She likes talking and makes you feel at ease. She does good work and I do really appreciate what she did for me and I will be seeing each other again to go through some things but I absolutely loved her and I will go back...

Who would have thought....CBD Oil Facial!?!?! Most relaxing facial ever. My skin is smooth, glowing and blimish free. Thank you Kristen Packard for the introduction. I can't wait...
