I love this gym! I have always been into fitness, but more focused on running, cycling, and hiking. I was often intimidated to workout in the weight rooms of other gyms, I didn’t know what exercises to do or how to go about getting a good workout so mostly stuck to cardio workouts.
Infinity is different, their 1 hour workouts are designed to build your strength and push you each and every day. There is clear planning that goes into every workout to ensure you get a full body workout over the course of the week. Every work out is different, I have been going there for almost a year now and continue to learn new exercises.
The coaching staff is amazing, it is like having a personal training to show you what and how you should be doing each exercise. They pay close attention throughout the work out to ensure exercises are being done correctly and offer corrections as needed.
The environment and members of the gym also help contribute to Infinity’s great atmosphere. The members are welcoming, helpful, and encouraging of new members. I love that I can show up to any class and find a great group of people to work out with.
The best aspect of Infinity is that it works well for me. I have truly felt a transformation not only in my body composition but also in my energy level. I’ve made big strides in getting back to the fitness levels of previous years and, while it hasn’t been easy, it has been fun which makes it much more sustainable as I truly enjoy going to...
Read moreI like to work out at other gyms when I travel just to be reminded how great Infinity Fitness is. Their 1-hour workouts are thoughtfully planned throughout the week to make sure you are getting a great and comprehensive workout every day, with the benefit of personal trainers who watch you, coach you, encourage you, spot you, and push you just enough to remind you of why you walked in the door in the first place.
You're not limited to an hour, by the way. You can stay longer or do your own thing. The structured daily workouts are perfect for people who like variety, and don't want to have to plan every visit to the gym, and want the right level of community and encouragement.
The term family is sometimes overused and cliché, but here it really, really rings true. Infinity is your Fit Fam, with some of the nicest, most encouraging, and inspiring people you'll ever meet. And the coaches are not just great athletes, but incredible teachers, sharing their wisdom, guidance, and compassion to help you become not just a better athlete, but a better version of you.
If you live within 20 minutes of Raintree and the 101, value your time, and want a great workout every time you step through the doors, this is your...
Read moreWe moved to AZ 18 months ago and kept trying new gyms to no avail, and this last November I tried Infinity and was immediately hooked. The facility is great - plenty of space and tremendous variety of "stations" and equipment. They also had very good cleaning protocols in place, which was obviously important from a COVID standpoint. The staff immediately got to know me and you could easily see the strong community that has been built. The variety in the workouts has definitely activated many dormant muscles in my body. I signed up for the 6-week January Challenge, and after trying many of these in the past, something has clicked on this one with how they put together their diet plan + a team coach (go Lisa!) who was super engaged and supportive throughout, which helped with accountability, etc. I have already seen great results that had been escaping me the last couple of years and learned so much that I will take with me even after the Challenge. A wonderful gym with wonderful people....
