My experience at New Serenity Spa in Scottsdale was beyond words. From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in a cocoon of relaxation and luxury. Every aspect of my visit was meticulously crafted to provide the utmost pampering and rejuvenation and Milla (front desk) was MARVELOUS!!!! Milla...you are beautiful and your professionalism and kindness was bar none my friend.

Firstly, the facial by Jewels was nothing short of transformative. Her expertise and gentle touch left my skin glowing and radiant. I felt like a new person as she skillfully addressed my skincare concerns with personalized attention.

Next, the nurturing massage by Liz was a dream. Her intuitive hands seemed to melt away all the tension and stress I had been carrying. Each stroke was like a symphony of relief, leaving me in a state of pure bliss and tranquility.

And let's not forget the stellar body wrap by Lupe. It was a truly indulgent experience, as she expertly applied luxurious products that left my skin feeling silky smooth and deeply nourished. The attention to detail and care she exhibited were second to none.

Overall, my day at New Serenity Spa was nothing short of magical. It was a journey of self-care and relaxation that surpassed all expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and utterly pampered. I cannot recommend this spa highly enough for anyone seeking a truly extraordinary wellness experience.

New Serenity Spa was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and attentive. They really did go above and beyond my expextations. My group and I came from another state and everyone did Massages and Facials.

We were greeted by staff around 8:30am even though they do not open until 9 am. There was minimal paperwork to fill out and the type ofservice we came for gave us the opportunity to Have lunch after our massages and facials.

I had Nina as my massage therapist and she did my facial as well which was very convenient as i did not have to switch rooms or have a different person for each thing.

Ive had massages before but this has been by far one of the best experiences I have had. Nina was very informative and always asked if i was conformtable every step of the way. For the facial portion of it, I have to admit im always very skeptical about them because I've had bad experiences in the past, but Nina did a great job about walking me through every step, what she was doing, what it was for etc. She is very nice and friendly.

After the massage and facial we had our lunch at the spa with mimosas and it was lovely. we had our own private space and again staff was very attentive.

After our lunch we headed out and each of our esthetiticians had left product recommendations for us at the front counter. You are free to buy them or choose not to. There is no pressure at all with this. However it was a great option for myself and a few other on my team who decided to get the products.

I was visiting Scottsdale, Arizona and decided to treat myself to a relaxing massage while on vacation. I noticed New Serenity Spa while having lunch at Wildflower in the Sonora Village Plaza. I decided to walk in to see about their massage availability and that turned out to be a great decision. I was relaxed the moment I entered the spa. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. I was so glad they had an massage opening on such short notice. This was the ultimate massage experience. I booked the Serenity Massage for 60 minutes (my only regret) wish I would have booked for longer. The room had this really interesting backlit photo with an incredible Arizona sunset and saguaro. I immediately felt at ease and ready to relax. I discussed my problematic areas with the massage therapist and she made sure to focus on my problem areas. I LOVE scalp massage and they used sugar scrub and warm towels on my feet. This was the best massage I've ever had! I know a lot of day spa's come equipped with fancy jacuzzi's and decor. This spa is focused on top notch service without the unnecessary bells and whistles. If you want a phenomenal service in a down to earth environment, this is the place for you. If you are looking for rose petals and fluff than a bigger resort spa may be a better fit. New Serenity Spa was exactly what I needed and I didn't pay over the top prices for my massage. Next time I am in town I will be sure to bring my husband for a couples...
