CAN'T RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH.Go here and see for yourself why this places raises the Average in the nail game.
Look, as a man I don't often get my nails done, however, this place came highly recommended to me from a trusted friend as a place to treat myself and I must say it was a fantastic experience and I'll definitely do it again!!!
As you read this you begging to understand that it was so much more than just a "nail salon" and unlike the typical nail places we've all seen in the past.
Everyone reading this has probably seen a place with bad lighting, questionable sanitization practices and less than friendly staff. At Pampr'd Soul NONE of that exists... Clean, sanitary, well lit and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
Listen, also, they all speak English and it's really nice to get to have someone actually interacting with you instead of just providing a minimum level of service and you don't feel left out because they are conversing with each other in a language they know you don't understand. A Vietnamese friend who knows a lot of people that work in nail salons told me that some of the time they will say not nice things about people while working on them because of the language barrier.
If you close your eyes and imagine what you would want an ideal nail experience to be this will probably check off most or all of you boxes. ✅
Even got to meet the owner who clearly cares about her clients and the way they interact with what she's built.
Again, go check it out yourself and then you're really going to understand that Average Sucks
March 22' UPDATE: love this place and the people here! Brought both of my roommates in for their first time getting their feet done and they absolutely loved the experience so much they both got memberships her too. Can't wait to come back soon

Read moreI soooooo wanted to love this place. I loved being able to schedule online, the atmosphere, everyone was super friendly but I cant stand to even look at my manicure 😭
Here’s why I'm disappointed: first, I’ve never known a place not be able to put a tip on a broken nail so it matches the rest. Now I know to ask. The dip manicure itself took an hour and 45 minutes and although I don’t like being rushed this is a bit excessive…. I don’t think I’ve ever had a manicure take more than maybe an hour and fifteen. I do appreciate the time and effort to remove the dip safely to protect my nails, which is about the only redeeming quality. You can see in the photos it looks like I did it myself with clunky decade old polish.
Overall I’m pretty bummed. I hope others have a better experience.
Update I was reached out to by Lanna who was genuinely concerned and offered to get me in asap with her most experienced tech. It appears that my issues were all related to my original tech. She said my services shouldn't have taken more than 1hr 15 min and that they should have been able to put a tip on if there was no injury preventing it. I have not been able to get back in yet just because I'm taking some time away but I've updated my review to 5 stars because of Lanna's initiative and that I'm sure once I do go back for a re-do that my experience will exceed...
Read moreI'm giving this place 3 stars as it's not worthy of 5. I've tried this place three times. While it's a very clean good location, and most of the staff is friendly, my experiences have been consistently disappointing.
First visit: The nail tech was over 20 minutes late and no one checked on me or informed me of the delay. She was so frazzled from running behind that she did a very subpar job on my gel overlay. It was uneven, thick, and none of my nails were shaped the same.
Second visit: I was uncomfortable with the tech, who had an ego and spoke badly about her coworker's work to me. She took almost two hours to do a fill. When I asked why it was taking so long, she claimed she was the best. I didn't expect a fill to take this long.
Third visit: Hoping for a better experience, I found that the tech was new and again my nails were filled so thick that I had to reshape them myself afterward.
I don't understand why a fill costs more than a full set, charges more than other places charge for subpar service, and takes 30-45 minutes longer than...
