Read moreWe had a HORRIFIC experience with Caramba Mexican food earlier today on February 22, 2025. First, I tried to call them a few minutes after they opened at 8:05 on Saturday morning and there was no answer so I was forced to place my order through their online website which was clunky at best I decided not to order through any of the other services like DoorDash or caviar so that they could keep more of the revenue for themselves. That was a complete mistake as my order went through the website and I got email confirmation but when I arrived at the store, it somehow hadn’t gone through to the kitchen.
So that meant that they STARTED on my order when I arrived (I arrived at the same time as someone picking up a DoorDash order and he was gone within minutes), which meant I was waiting for an additional 20 minutes for my order to be made. It was first thing in the morning, so they weren’t busy at all, but it still took over 20 minutes. And when I complained to the manager about my long wait, he said he couldn’t offer a partial refund, even though I asked for one which was extremely disappointing
I will say this that the breakfast burrito was excellent. However, the two Pollo Asado burritos that we ordered were completely wrong and missing ingredients like rice. In fact, I walked through with the manager, each of the four orders since they hadn’t started on them to make absolutely sure that they would be done properly. My son’s burrito came with 50% beans even though he hates them, and I had written NO BEANS in the email order as well as verbally with the manager. We didn’t figure this out until hours later and it was too late to return.
I strongly recommend to AVOID this place due to the service and lack of professionalism and...
Read moreReluctant to give the third *. We started coming to this location weekly, beginning of this year, on the strong recommendation of our son, who's truly a connoisseur of Mexican food. Didn't want to voice my disappointment until I've had at least a few months of visits under my belt. I understand, every business has off days, and people have off days. However, when the staff behind the bar are consistently rude, and unfriendly, and give the feeling they're doing you a favor to wait on you, that's not an off day, it will ultimately affect their gratuity. When the beef in the tacos and on the Carne Asada Fries are cooked to a crisp and chewy, that's not an off day, that ultimately affects the business. It is either leftover beef, or cooked in large batches and it gets reheated over and over again. Obviously, quality has gone out the window, and profit is taking precedent. That will not sustain this business if their MO doesn't change pronto! The fruit flies buzzing around is a whole other...
