I’m sure that so many can relate to this, I log on my account find what I need or want and buy and if you have the prime membership get it quicker and or free shipping!! So I log on and order a few things and tap on place order and then buy! Within one,two, or three days usually here! Within two days the box is at the front door and I open it and well it’s not what I ordered! So I call amazon customer service and get someone that doesn’t speak English that good!!! I have to explain this situation about 15 times and then go back and check my account and amazon customer service agent messed up again!!! So I call back again and this amazon customer service agent I’m sorry I can’t help you at this moment but call back after 6pm and we can then. So I wait till about 10pm and get a amazon customer service agent not good with English and I have to tell him about everything I have done and explain to him so many times I was getting just say grumpy! They must have this on everyone’s computer I’M SORRY THIS HAPPENED and blah, blah,blah!!! Tell me how are you going to fix this amazon customer service agent? Oh I can’t fix it! I’m terribly sorry this happened.. I said no your not, the problem happened in your end and me the paying customer, the one that pays your salary, isn’t happy!!!! Now what!!! From amazon and me I’m terribly sorry this happened and I said again NO YOUR NOT!!! The BIG FISH (amazon) has way too much smoke and hot air where it counts the most!! I understand mistakes happen and yes we are human BUT when amazon employee makes it that’s when the paying customer wants action not words!!!! Action is I’m sorry much needed customer how about you re order and this will b our most priority and get this product in a box with the correct merchandise in it and you will receive this in one day if at all possible!!! No more than 2 days if not you call back and I promise to you is we(amazon) will make you happy and we need you feeling good about buying and not leaving and going to tell all your friends, coworkers, and social media a negative feedback!!! I have canceled my monthly subscriptions, I will delete my account with amazon. This isn’t the first or second time this has happened to me from amazon!!
