Animated Cafe — Restaurant in Seattle

Wanted to stop by and support the owner shortly after they opened. Excellent customer service and very inventive drinks, which is great given a lot of neighborhood competition (3 Starbucks in WV, Missing Piece, Birdhouse all within a few blocks). We will definitely regularly support this location. As for feedback, we definitely think they should focus on communicating/guiding people to the drive-thru accessibility feature (another way to differentiate among the other nearby coffee shops). Also, having a complete menu display with item descriptions would be helpful, as pulling the details up on a smartphone is a bit inconvenient and the photos of their exclusive drink creations beg the question "what's in that?". Was looking for a shop close to work and found this one in the parking lot of Reef. There are plenty of options for food and drink to suit all tastes. I’m a fan of hazelnut, so I chose the Dust Cloud. It’s built as a macchiato, which I normally don’t drink unstirred, but since it was my first time, I wanted to taste the coffee. It was a good balance of acidity and sweetness. Once I stirred to get the full effect, I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of flavors which lasted the full 90 minutes it took me to finish it. Never ordered anything from this place and I don’t think I ever would. I’ve watched her on TikTok many times and have never once seen her wash her hands or use any cleaning products during her service or in between customers or touching trash. Always has trash and dirty rags laying around on the counters and leave caps off of milk and other dairy products. Uses the same dirt rag to wipe stuff down but never washes it or uses a sanitation bucket. When I mentioned it on her live, she blocked me. People mostly watch and support because of how she dresses.
