Hair Art Beauty Supply — Attraction in Seattle

So I wrote a review on this place several years ago. My first tine there was awful, very rude service etc. Today a friend asked me to stop in there with her, I reluctantly went. Unfortunately the service today was just as bad as it was all those years ago. As I’m browsing the wig section this nasty lady comes and stands at the end of every isle. She did not attempt to hide the fact she was following me. It angers me so much to be so disrespected by them when it is my race who is making them wealthy. Yet they continue to treat all dark skin people like criminals. My friend got one thing she came for but she didn’t get all she needed because she just wanted to leave and not spend anymore money with them. Selection is okay I personally like Queen’s better, they barely stock certain items or ever restock them, they pick and choose what they want to reorder. Only positive is the black girl in the evening (Amiyah 💚) that wears blonde hair is the best and always friendly, everyone else has horrible customer service skills, I watched one of the workers argue and disrespect one of the new black workers, because he called her out for the way she was treating a POC customer! They treat black customers horrible despite serving a primarily black community and black people being the majority of their CUSTOMERS and business. I found this place on accident. I was trying to get to a different shop. Google took me there instead.. I was pleasantly surprised at how large and clean the store is and well organized. Decent prices and selection. they have a great assortment of makeup as well. The thing that sets this store apart is their Excellent customer service! The young man who was cashiering saw me walk in and quickly went to the back ahead of me to open the wig gate. Then he listened to what I was looking for went to the back and found out they did not have the color I wanted. So he brought me one he thought would suit me and it was spot on! He was very helpful!
