Here one gets fresh pick from the boxes the produce is shipped in. Not all produce is of highest quality. Generally it’s hard to find fresh firm eggplant or peppers or cauliflower. Quality perhaps is not of grade A. Price do match the product quality.
Fresh mangoes and other fruits in season are reasonably priced. One can find a variety of produce that generally are not stocked in local grocery stores.

They have a large outdoor "farmers market" style produce section plus a superb selection of fresh and frozen meat and seafood inside. Everything is sold at wholesale prices, sometimes around 1/4 of the price of Uwajimaya down the road. I've always found their produce to be high quality and fun to pick through. If you're a creative chef, they often have things other nearby markets don't have.

It is a good place to buy already packed goods like: shin ramen, coconut milk, dumpling doughs, sesame balls, etc. Shrimp is pretty good too. You can also buy most of the veggies and fruits, but the freshness and variety really depends on the day you come to shop, sometimes the have kiwi, strawberries, blueberries.
