This is a great little park tucked away between businesses and apartments on Maynard Avenue in the International District. Some of the benches have built-in or engraved game boards to encourage public play. The park is well kept and beautiful year round. It is mostly paved with many trees around the edges to provide shade. A large covered gazebo on a stage is the main feature and many festivals and events are held here.

There are lots of restaurants, Bruce Lee restaurants, and boba drinks around this park. There will be people out there playing pinpong in the early morning. Right outside the skirt of chinatown becomes pretty sketchy, so be careful. There are lots of homeless people around every corner. Part of the international district it’s located at the heart of Chinatown. There’s abundance of seating and a multitude of restaurants circling the space, it’s a great park for an on the whim first date.
